We live in Pecan Plantation and Lonestar cleaned our carpets and furniture! They did an outstanding job and we highly recommend them!

In 4 1/2 years here, we've used 2 other carpet services. The 1st was AWESOME. We stayed w him until…read morehe retired. Always 3 rooms + hall/stairs @$150-$165, which INCLUDED: pre-vacuum w pro shopvac, pre-treatment for stains & pet spots, deep steam clean, spot removal w a commercial-level rotary cleaner, excess water removal, post-clean raking, & enzyme odor treatment. Our last call was to a "green" company whose products/equipment unfortunately did not clean the carpets so this time I tried Pro Cleaning Solutions, which I found via Google. When I scheduled over the phone, I was quoted $65 per room for 3 rooms, which was ALREADY UPCHARGED TO INCLUDE: vacuum, pre-treatment of spots/pet stains (I had made it CLEAR on the phone that one of our dogs is in poor health), cleaning, AND odor treatment. FAR higher than average, but w our daughter's wedding in 4 weeks I reluctantly agreed. This was a bitter reminder to TRUST YOUR INSTINCTS! On 11/3, 2 men arrived at 8:15; one the company owner. After a short walk thru, he said we must pay ANOTHER $35 for odor treatment in just ONE room. I said this was included in our quote, but he insisted this was added & more thorough. I refused; he then lowered to $25, like a used car salesman. But he insisted it was necessary. Again against my better judgment, I agreed. After 30 minutes trying to get their equipment to start, he said they needed a "new fuel pump" & rescheduled for 1 pm. He said he'd apply the "EXTRA odor treatment" so it could "work in the meantime." I was then astonished to see him walk around maybe 9 sq ft w a generic spray bottle of odorless, clear liquid & mist it around once from a standing position. I could have done more w a $6 bottle of Febreeze! They returned at 10:45, & again I was shocked at what I observed. Other companies ALWAYS use powerful pro vacs before cleaning. This is ESSENTIAL! Loose & deep dirt/debris will just be soaked & gummed into place, not removed! NONE of the stains/spots were given ANY TREATMENTS (pls see their OWN DESCRIPTIONS of their carpet cleaning & odor treatment on their website). The other man used a basic wand-style steam vacuum to quickly go over each room once, leaving behind damp piles of fuzz/fur/hair/crud. He didn't even vacuum or rake to collect those so they wouldn't wind up back in our carpet. NO treatment for long term odor control or work on all the spots they missed. NO excess water removal. The wand wasn't even strong enough to fluff up shallow indentions left by the 3 light things we'd moved (a wood-framed chair & the XS wire crates my 6 and 8 lb Poms sleep in). I wound up fluffing those myself w a .99 PLASTIC HAIR COMB after they left! Carpet was left sopping wet. Not only dangerous, but made the whole cleaning pointless! DAMP is one thing. This was puddles-forming-WET, which collects MORE dirt like a magnet. It also houses & grows BACTERIA, which causes new odors, health risks, & damage. While observing, I was looking over the website, to see if I'd misread the steps that were promised. NO - they were SKIPPING them! I did find a coupon - to be presented AT TIME OF SERVICE - for 3 rooms & hall "Silver Package" $79. When they finished, I pointed out the coupon. The owner said he had already given us a "big discount". But, he said, there was a $40 PER ROOM surcharge for the "additional services" - none were performed! Then he claimed his price was better than the coupon. Well, the total we got gouged for was $238.15. That would be ridiculous even if they had DONE the work! Addressing my concerns to him was pointless; he had slick salesman responses for everything. I wanted him out of my house. I paid via the Housecall app, and prayed they'd done a better job than it seemed. They had not. The spots we'd been highly charged to have removed were still obvious, or began to reappear like reverse magic. The smell of now-soaked-but-still-not-clean carpet got so bad, we had to open the doors & windows. So much for that $25 odor treatment! 48 hours later: carpets still not dry. Stains/spots still evident in every room. An awful musty smell downstairs that we have NEVER had before. I spent the weekend in furious tears, while my husband just spent it FURIOUS. I do not like confrontations but I would give anything to go back & refuse to pay until they did every bit of the work! As it is, we won't allow them back across our threshold. We'd be NUTS to trust them to come back into our home, when they have already been so dishonest. We simply want our money back - they have a written satisfaction GUARANTEE, and now we must hire a different company FAST to correct this. I will never ignore my instincts again!

The crew came in to our home with what I'd call beyond impressive safety and professionalism. You…read morecan tell right away that they have turned this service into a craft. Our light colored carpets look as if they were just installed!! The smell is so pleasant and welcoming. Our micro fiber couch looks like we just bought it again. I will be using them again in 6 months. They beat every quote I had gotten. 3200 sqft and they had it back to brand new in a couple hours. Days later and not a single flaw in the carpet. No stains returned! With three boys and zero stains, I'm blown away!!

I called last minute and was able to get an appointment for the next day…read more I have used them before and was pleased. This time, it was pricey for what I had done and my carpet was soaking wet still an hour later with 2 fans running over the larger area. It was $169.00 with tax. That didn't include a tip and I always try to do that for a service, so I tipped separately. They cleaned the stairs (15) and an upstairs living area of mainly the open area and the walkways leading to that area. There was furniture in the room and they cleaned around it. After about an hour with the fans on and AC lowered to help dry, I got my wet/dry vac and sucked out more water/moisture and then got out the super big fan. In all, I had 4 fans running over the areas all night and they are finally drying. The carpet is older but still, it shouldn't have been soppy wet like that. Not sure if I will use them again. May need to find a different cleaning method with less water.

** DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU HAVE AND CARE ABOUT YOUR PETS!**…read moreHad this company clean our carpets on March 10, 2023, and soon after our dog became violently ill. Carpet was cleaned and after that procedure was done, the tech sprayed a "protectant" down, I have yet to find out what this chemical is exactly. My wife called and spoke to Rachel, who assured her whatever was placed on the carpet was then extracted by the machine, HOWEVER, that's not true. I watched the tech spray something from a bottle and then proceed to rake the carpet, nothing was then "extracted" nor was the machine run over the carpet again. After the tech left, our dog became extremely nauseous, lethargic and struggling to breathe. We had to take her to an emergency veterinarian, after a series of tests, including all types of blood work, was able to determine she came in contact with some type of irritant or poison. We were there for close to 9 hours! This is a healthy 5-year-old dog who JUST had her bi-annual checkup last week. I called the next day and had Rachel call me back, told her the situation and only then, did she back-peddle on what she initially told my wife about this product being extracted back up because I told her I watched the tech spray it on and left it. She tells me this protectant is safe for pets, but when I asked for the MSDS sheet on this product, she tells me she will email it to me. Well, a whole day has gone by and guess what? NO EMAIL. These sheets should be readily available. Finally, a day and a half later, I finally get the SDS on this product and it's classified as a "Hazardous Chemical" per OSHA and causes irritation when breathed in or ingested, which this tech sprayed from a bottle, in mist form, 5-6 feet away from me and my pet in an unventilated room. Nowhere on these sheets sent does it say "safe for pets or children" as they claim. I called OSHA and the manufacturer, and both agreed this should not be applied anywhere close to people or animals and only is it really safe after it has dried. At no time did this tech tell us to stay off the carpet for X amount of time, or we would have done that. If you're a pet owner and love your pet like we do ours, then you can imagine the stress and anguish it was watching her struggle like she was, not knowing really what her outcome will be. I emailed this company to let them know what the product they use has done and the cost of our vet bill, which again, have had no response. So, if you have pets, or children for that matter, do not use this company. Only in it for the almighty dollar and could care less what damage they do. I have left this same review on G-00gle which keeps getting taken down... fishy
