Never heard a vacuum for 30 minutes. I entered the master closet and she was hiding in my clothes texting. She sneaks out to her car to continue on her phone. Disappears and leaves. No service provided. I complained. We can send someone else. "Why? You should have done the service the first time." Customer service is not about customers and building a business. Reliable service and great staff. I've been using them for about a year now and I've never ran into nothing but great attitudes.

THE LAST MINUTE TIME CHANGE: I was given an 11AM start time and a 3-hour clean when I made the appointment. The day prior to the appointment I was told they'll show between 2:30 and 3:30PM for a 3-hour clean... In a normal world this isn't a reasonable switch up on someone, but I made it work without a complaint. THE TEAM: They showed up at 3PM. Two young/sassy/talkative girls showed up and hackled/heckled their way through my home as if I was the guest. They kept calling one another Nigger and saying they're slaves (while making faces that mimicked slaves of the past in pain/scared) while they cleaned. They even spoke with accents of enslaved Black American people from that time period. THE WORK: I had to ask them dust things that were already advertised as items that would be dusted... inconvenient. They considered cleaning the mirrors a specialty service that a premium package doesn't include... and wouldn't do them. When I asked what the package level had to do with what was stated they'll do in the advertisements... they simple said, "I don't know.". I proceeded to cleaning my own mirrors with a wet paper towel since I don't own my own cleaning products and they weren't concerned about seeking my satisfaction. My kitchen sink has dishes in it... I've never not had the dishes handled by a cleaning processional... especially with two able bodied young Cleaners present. Previous to their arrival, I made one request in writing... to clean the floors and floorboards good... and of course that's the one thing they did not do. There should be a time when we understand that dusting the floors is not good enough. There are times when a mop and soapy water are all that will do the job... This was a time. Especially when I wrote in advance that they needed special focus / attention. If I took a paper towel on any part of my 1350 sq feet of non carpeted floors the paper towel would be dark grey from dust / grime. How do I know? I tried. I tried in every room. The floors were super important to me... and 75% of why I booked this service. With my place being non carpeted... The floors will forever be the most important part of cleaning to me. I wish I would've known that I'd have to show they how to use their own cleaning supplies before hiring their service... and that they'd watch until I was finished. At one point one went to their car while the other worked. When she returned she put in a big display with tears telling the other to drop everything and leave. I was completely confused and called their manager as they left my home 3/4th clean. They were supposed to stay 3-hours or until they were at least finished... they left my home with dust piles on the floor, dishes in the sink and an entire area of the home undone at 80 minutes like it wasn't nothing. They even left their ow sponges behind... That's how fast they hightailed our. I was stunned... I wondered if a family member of theirs died or a cheating boyfriend got caught... and then it hit me... I'm being scammed. That's when I realized their odd behavior, accompanied by their previous ignorance/ games was likely a sign of something else. I checked my cabinet for my wallet... GONE. I had to chase two college aged girls down by foot and stop them from leaving my home. Called the police and wasted another 1.5/2 hours of my life dealing with making a police statement for money I wasn't going to get back as the girl who took it disappeared to hide it outside of my home. Truly an unfortunate situation... I am disgusted. TBH... This review should be a lot more colorful than what it is... but I'm so sick and tired of terrible people that I will just save it all for the judge and the detective. read more

She gave me pricing over the phone as well as emailed it so when I was ready to move forward I still had everything. The process to setup an appointment was fast and easy, all I had to do was print, sign and send the contract back over with payment. I've been home for over a month from the hospital from the effects from Covid. I am relying on oxygen and am unable to clean our home. My husband had me call Two Maids and a Mop. Great communication and accommodation and they came today, earlier than scheduled! Emily, Kylie, and Kristy were absolutely amazing! They had the best attitudes; smiling as they worked. Our home looks and smells so good! I'm so thankful for the results and this cleaning company and these three that I mentioned! They treated my home like it was there own!!!! read more

My wife called to get a quote on cleaning for our house after seeing advertisements for this business online. She was given a quote of $100, which wasn't too unreasonable for the size of the house, but the catch is that you have to pay up front before any cleaning takes place. You have no idea what kind of job they are going to do, so if they just come in and do the job halfway, they get paid regardless. On top of that, they wanted to be paid in cash. That's not suspicious at all! She decided against having these folks come in. Also, I don't know if they handle things in a manner similar to the Nashville franchise, but that one also has similar customer reviews. I wish I had more to say about this business either way, but my wife's only encounter with them was fairly off-putting. read more
