I used this cleaning service for several months, and while it started off great, the service dwindled over time. Rita was extremely responsive to my requests, and I appreciate her for that, but the service was lackluster and didn't improve despite various requests. Here are things I noticed that were not to my satisfaction: -Hand prints/smudges on front door side windows/sliding glass doors windows that were left (very obvious and easy to notice.) -Floors not mopped...the team uses a Swiffer-type device. The floors are not truly cleaned, just surface wiped. -Dust left on baseboards -Sticky places left on kitchen island -Crumbs found behind utensil holder on kitchen counter (rather than moving the item to clean behind it). -Trash bags not replaced in bathroom trash cans -Trash routinely thrown into our Recycling Bin instead of our outside Trash Bin (cans are marked and different colors) Again, Rita is very kind and promised to do better with each request, but unfortunately, it seems the crew didn't take her instructions to heart. Sadly I cannot recommend this company. read more

We now have found our new regular cleaners! We've been trying different places but this cleaner did a stand out job! We had professional cleaning from a different company only two weeks before this one. So it's especially impressive that they were able to clean to such a high quality it wasn't just better than my cleaning, it was better than other professional cleaning! Very noticeably! I came back and my house smelled fresh, all surfaces were spotless including baseboards and doors. It was a definite "wow" service. They're now our regular cleaners for sure. The cleaning crew provided was exceptionally thorough and did a fantastic job getting our new home clean and ready for move in. Scheduling was easy and flexible, as we had a delay with our move-in date, which they handled so well and without any issues. Pricing was reasonable, especially considering that there was dust from renovations that were done prior to our move in. Very quick response, professional, did an excellent job for the amount of time they were in the home. Fair price.

Had them scheduled for 8am. At 11am still nobody had arrived so I called, nobody answered. Then get a text "sorry I'm driving can you text" and once I questioned why nobody came she then claimed the cleaners were in accident. If that was the case, not sure why I wasn't contacted within 3 hours, or why that wasn't the first thing she said when I contacted her? Seems like she just forgot she scheduled me and then made up an excuse. 2 cleaners finally arrive at 12:30. They cleaned less than half of my house and then one said she has high blood pressure and can't finish, so they both left. Then the owner contacted me (after I called 3 times and couldn't get ahold of her) and claimed they "used too much chlorine cleaning the bathroom and she didn't feel well" And offered to come finish it SEVEN days from now. I obviously said pass on that one. Clearly they can't get the story straight. Very very unprofessional. read more

She was very flexible with my scheduling needs and her staff was actually early on cleaning day. Rita and her crew did a fantastic job getting our place ready for showing. The workers showed up on time, wearing masks and set to work at once. They were attentive to the details which can really make a difference in a space (baseboards, faucets, outlet covers). I was expecting a good deep clean, but the organization absolutely floored me; they even organized our candy bowl. I contacted my realtor to schedule pictures immediately after they were done. They saved us days of trying to find a place for the small, oft neglected things every home seems to have. They were also sweet to my 2 cats. This is my first experience with this company and I would say it was 5 star.
