One of the funny things is that he used a little bit of his spackle two fix a small hole in the wall, and then the company policy is to charge for all materials; like spackle, glue, nails and the topping on the cake is that they are not even decent handyman. I wanted to ask for a quote on certain things I need to get done like a door frame painted, some shelves put up and some blinds fixed. Because I had no confidence in the guy they sent out. I did not even bother to ask for a quote on things I think when it comes to handyman, you should use a single practitioner. Not a big company! The two stars are because at least he came right on time. The first thing he did was put on a little booties; which was ridiculous, because he tracked dirt all over the house, and then he schmeared spackle all over the wall that he was fixing.

We set up a day for them to come out which happened to coincide with a neighbor down the street who was also getting pressure cleaning done by them. All we had to do to prepare was to clear off our patio and porch. They took care of covering any plants near the roof line. We were concerned about a gardenia tree that we tried to cover ourselves but didn't have enough covering so we asked that they make sure that tree was protected. They did a great job with the landscaping... there were no casualties. The roof, sidewalk, walkway and our front door were very clean! Our front door looked like it had a fresh coat of paint! The nice thing is that you don't have to prepay them. We waited until we got home from work to make sure that we were happy with the work that was done. Not a big deal however when I noticed they were back on my block doing a neighbor's house, I asked William, the leader of the workers to please do what he could to remove the stains. They tried, he said but they could not be completely removed with pressure. I then asked him if they could paint over it since I had the leftover paint, which would have taken 15 minutes tops. William informed me that the stains were caused by dirt in the tracks under my windows, like it was my fault (who cleans their window tracks? - I never asked them to spray my windows, only the roof so his workers caused the stains.) I said, your man left before inspecting the house to make sure all was good, to which he responded "No, No, No, No, No" that's not my problem." I attempted to convince him that it was his workers that left the stains and it would be good business practice to fix the problem but he ignored me and left. I called the office and his wife apologized and offered to have them come to paint it another day but after thinking about it, since William did not apologize to me directly, I did not want to deal with him again after being treated so rudely. 2 stars for decent work but poor attitude and customer service by WIlliam. Oh, and I recommended them to my neighbor, an elderly widow and they charged her nearly double the price for a smaller house! Unethical. Will not hire them again based on this experience.
