She was really clear about the price and how we will pay at the end. Junior and Aaron work so hard and we were amazed at how fast they emptied the 2nd floor apartment and drove the truck to the new location. Unloading was just as efficient putting items exactly where we needed them. NOTHING was in any way damaged or broken !! "Two Men and A Truck" is the Actual Name! The principal man is a hard-working and nice Hispanic man, who brought his son one time U needed a mover, and another young man the next time. It had rained for two days, and being a 67 year old female moving from an upstairs apartment from Burleson to South Arlington so grateful for their strength and quickness and in getting my furniture downstairs to avoid getting hit with another downpour! They were very helpful, and even got the wife to help the next day, at 4:00 pm, because my full move was delayed by heavy rain and poor highway conditions. They helped me move today! From an apt on the 3rd floor to a house just across town. Quoted us a price and stuck to it, arrived and wrapped everything, and all of my furniture arrived in great shape! They were super friendly and quick! The move took about 2 hours, exactly what they said it would. We had an excellent move from our house in Keller to our new house in north Fort Worth just a few miles away which was made possible with the help of Two men with an angel moving company by Randy and Ingrid Owens and their team. I have moved more than 50 times in my life with a career in the United States Army and also corporate America and I am proud to say that this company was the best company that has ever moved me in all my moves. The service was outstanding and the communication with us as the customer with their team their leadership and their owners was consistently good and excellent. Randy maintained good communication by both email and phone in the weeks leading up to our move and also the day of our move. Anytime he said he would be there he always called me in route and let me know his estimated time of arrival. His team leader Hayden also did the same thing. They were always spot on for their arrival time. We had every confidence that the move would go well and we were very satisfied with the outcome of the move. We needed movers around the holiday season (between Christmas and New Years) so it was a little hectic at first to nail down availability, but we were eventually able to coordinate the move with Two Men With an Angel for our move from Los Angeles, CA to Austin, TX. Ingrid and two others drove out to California, packed everything quickly and with care. Their rates were extremely reasonable for such a big move and, more importantly, for a private move (it was a huge weight off of our shoulders to not have to worry about large delivery windows due to multiple moves being handled in one trip!) Unreliable. When making the reservation for service I described my items, 5 large pieces of furniture, to be moved across town to a climate-controlled storage. The lady said yes to the day and time, just provide photos and she would send me the estimate. i did all requested. Never received reply. Very happy with Two Men with an Angel. They showed up right on time at 2 pm. Took them a little over an hour to load everything up, then a but less than two hours to move everything to a 2nd floor apartment. Very professional attitudes, they worked quickly but carefully. My wife's dog slipped out (I should have put her in another room and closed the door in hindsight) during the move and they were able to find her and bring her back. Ingrid was easy to get hold of and confirmed our appointment. Very happy with their company and will use them again. read more

This was our second move using Two Men With an Angel, and each time they have really done a great job. The first time, their team loaded our UHaul on a cross country move from Texas to California. Everything was packed well and arrived in great condition. The second time, their team unpacked our U Pack trailer on our return trip back to Texas. Once again, they did a super fast and fantastic job. From scheduling to service in our home, they are easy to work with and are hard working. They took care to protect our floors, not ding doors or walls, and put things where instructed. We highly recommended them and will call them again if we ever move in the future. read more

After they loaded our truck we noticed they put metal bed frames up against my $2000 dining table. It was severely damaged. We called them to have it repaired or replaced. They asked us to get a bid. Once we did, they ghosted us! We will be filing in civil court! I would not use these people. read more

We hired this company because of their high rating but we did not have a good experience. They left a bunch of wooden furniture completely unwrapped and there was so much damage. The only good thing was they were fast (which is probably why we didn't realize they had loaded all of this stuff completely unprotected). I have NO idea why they didn't at least wrap it in plastic or tell us the furniture pads were gone so we could run and get more. My expensive dining room set is basically trash now because 5 of the 6 chairs have sustained damage (one of them especially severely). This set had sentimental value for me as well because it was purchased for our first home by my late grandfather, so I'm especially upset about that. Also left unprotected was a nightstand which had a leg broken off, a side table with scratches on top and along the edges, and a chair with scrapes all over one of the legs. My daughters toy box was also damaged, something is wrong with the latch now and it won't close all the way. We had a separate company unload everything for us when we got to our new house and they couldn't believe the way everything had been loaded. I hired this company as I was coming from Pennsylvania with a filled 16 foot truck to Arlington. When scheduling by phone, the women made it clear they were on a job before me and I still hired them for 12-3 for a set price. The women even suggested that I needed less time for lower cost but I was concerned we would run out of time so stayed with three hours. On moving day the company kept me fully updated on the movers arrival. Junior and Clifton arrived with smiles on their faces and unloaded the truck so fast and gentle it was amazing. I had a 3 man crew come today and move my 4 bedroom, 2400 sq foot home today. They took only 7 hours and it cost me around $850. These men were polite and incredibly efficient with their time. I went with the company because of the reviews posted online. However, my experience sure could have been better. Nice enough people, but the kid that showed up was in the bathroom for 30 minutes, they broke 4 of my drawers and never even bother to mention it. It was estimated to be a 2 hour job as it was only a 1bdrm apartment and only moving 1 block away. After they got lost in that one block, they finally showed up and 7 hours, that's right 7 hours later they were finally finished. They just seemed to be new at this and milked the clock.
