Ordered a cookie dough milkshake and when I got home it was basically cookie bits floating in milk. I thought "okay maybe it melted fast or something" as I only live about 8 minutes away. So I put it in the freezer for about 30 minutes and mixed it up real well and not much changed. I know it's a milkshake, but come on... where's the ice cream? It was literally cold milk with cookie chunks in it. Not leaving a 1 star because this might've been an isolated incident and a lot of the reviews say the milkshakes are good. I'll give em another try some time but this was certainly a disappointing experience...

We decided to start with a classic cup of chocolate custard, served by a cheerful young woman whose friendliness added a warm touch to the visit. Once back in the car and heading home, the custard proved disappointing. While the texture was smooth and creamy, the flavor fell flat--surprisingly lacking in chocolate richness. I even gave it a second try to confirm Mrs. K.'s impression, but we ended up discarding most of it. Perhaps it was just an off batch. The place was packed, the drive thru line was wrapped around the building and the customers were growing impatient waiting for their orders. We got in line and waited to place our order wondering if we made a mistake. It wasn't a very long wait until we were ablet to place our orders and even though Andy's was as busy as it was, the gentleman that took our order was really nice and patient. Long story but in the end that same gentleman singlehandedly finished taking orders, jumped into the back and caught all of the walk up orders up by hustling back and forth. There were three people working the drive thru and he, alone, was taking orders and filling them. I wish I had his name to give him the proper props. There was a long wait but given the hustle of this one employee I was okay with the wait. I ordered the triple chocolate concrete. They were out of cookie dough so I substituted for brownie. Overall it was a good choice for chocolate lovers. The ice cream is very smooth and their is not shortage of cookie dough or chocolate chips. Overall, a great place for a twist on ice cream. Great location and I will say this could have been a horrible experience had it not been for that one employee.
