They had plenty of photo ops. I think everything was reasonably priced, the owners were very nice. There was so much to do we didn't get enough time to feed the animals! Definitely go with time. I got there two hours till close because I didn't anticipate the drive from Lexington.

We were 3 adults and a toddler, thankfully we paid a reduced price to enter the activity area because only the toddler did anything & it was too cold / wet to do most of the activities. She loved the petting zoo area & had a blast in the corn pit. I recommend going even on a day the sun doesn't shine. Be sure to wear boots.

We found a spot to sit and enjoy the atmosphere while sipping on apple cider mimosas & slushies. The slushie was my favorite for sure. They have several options for hard cider on tap as well as a variety of food options. We took a hay ride and attempted the corn maze. There's a store with so many different products for purchase. Apples, cider, donuts, jams/jellies, honey, spices, baking mixes, and so many more. I was surprised at all the things they offered. For family fun there's a play area with slides and other kid friendly activities. Admission and parking are free. You pay for any activities that you would like to participate in. A great way to spend a Fall day.

This year I solicited help from Facebook to find roadside vendors, and two people made the following recommendation: "drive out Winchester Road past Man O'War," but that was enough - there they were! The folks from Holleran Farms were very friendly and fun to talk to while perusing the goods. They had a TON to choose from, and were stocking more the entire time I was there. They price based on size, which was more than fair. I ended up with 9 pumpkins and gourds for $40. This will be a MUST visit for me each fall from now on!

They had things ready for all ages. It was nice that they had a separate area for egg hunting and they requested that the children take up to 12 eggs each. They also had a face painting station, an area to feed animals, craft site, and more. My little one also loved the wagon ride! The large wagon took people on a tour of the farm. I had no idea how big it was and how many things they produced. We definitely intend to return in order to pick strawberries and apples. It was great, inexpensive fun for us and I can see this being a family tradition.

First there is no fees to do the activities but they had less activities because it is a true growing farm. Many animals walking around and you could purchase feed to feed the goats for a small fee. We enjoyed seeing the longhorn cattle on our way there and all the chickens walking around. We rode out to the pumpkin patch on a wagon pulled by a tractor. The pumpkin patch is really large and the ride was quite nice. We bought a small pumpkin that was reasonably priced at $4.00.

We stopped by on a Sunday morning in early October, and we were absolutely SHOCKED at the amount of people here! This is definitely the spot for families with young kids - and even though we don't fall into the category, we still had a pretty fun visit! We brought our dog with us (because we called ahead and they are dog-friendly!) but if we would have known how crowded it would be, we certainly would have left him at home since he gets anxious around lots of people. Everyone we interacted with that worked there was friendly! They seemed well-staffed for how busy they were - and I definitely appreciated the extra parking attendants. We opted to pick pumpkins ourselves, which included a hayride. This took us through much of the farm, which was beautiful and well kept! They even had fun facts on little signs scattered along the route. The best part of the visit was the actual pumpkin picking. They provide you with garden shears, and you physically get to remove your pumpkin from the vine. We had a lot of fun roaming around in search of the best gourd available - and I can't say I've ever had a pumpkin experience quite like this one. We would have ordered some food from the snack shack, but long lines led us to opt for some kettle corn to-go from a different vendor. No problems there - I'm always happy when there's kettle corn involved. All in all, we had a pretty good time, and I would consider visiting again if my little niece and nephew were in town!

I was lucky enough to take my 3 1/2 year old nephew and by the time we left, we were WORN OUT! They sent a gator out to shuttle us and our pumpkins back to the parking area and we were glad to plop after the day's adventure. We will definitely be returning before the end of the season!

The greenhouse itself is a working greenhouse and while customers come to this location, one must understand that the business of growing and maintaining healthy plants will be happening all around you. The walking surface is crushed stone, so it is not like walking in a regular store. The majority of the spring flowers go fast right around Memorial Day and Kentucky Derby weekends. This greenhouse appears to deal primarily with Proven Winners merchandise. As such, you can be assured a robust and healthy plant specimen from good genetics. Pricing seemed a little high, especially for perennials. This may be Proven Winners MSRP and not necessarily controlled by the family business. This would be my go to for a greenhouse in the Harrodsburg area. They also have a small amusement park for school aged children, that is open during certain days and hours. I don't know much about it, but from the road, the rides look clean, newer and well maintained. We do not have children so it has not been part of our experience. Daynabrook has a number of "pop up" satellite locations to service your flower needs as well. This is a family run business and therefore, I prefer to shop at such places. Parking is ample on a stone lot, off of a quiet road. The greenhouse also borders the highway, making it an easily accessible location. Fall mums will be the next high demand product and we will indeed be back to buy them here.
