I received a quote very promptly after enquiring and at a much lower rate than 2 others I contacted. Helen was very easy to deal with, professional, quick responses and a very reasonable price. She got the job done in a timely manner. I was very impressed with her work and how she completely transformed my home by fixing all the imperfections (there were a lot before!). Not only did she paint and fix imperfections, she also mounted all of my new light fixtures including a very difficult chandelier I wouldhave never been able to do myself. painted our ceiling through insurance so we had no idea who was hired. tried to make a claim…read morethrough the better business bureau and they informed us it doesn't look to be a legitimate business, so we also reported the insurance company and will be switching. Onto the relevant complaints. so we were never given any instructions to move anything. just they (helen Braun) would be covering everything in plastic. but when I looked there was paint on multiple pieces of furniture, walls, kitchen cabinets, flooring, hand railings, light switches. I sent her a very polite message about my concerns, the only professional thing Helen had to say was "thanks for reaching out" and then proceeded to blame me and say it couldn't have been them, as in it must have been me who painted everything. I sent her photos and she just told me how to wash off paint (which I already told her I washed off anything that could be washed) things like the walls and furniture some parts of the floor the paint will not come off. She then refused to give me her business information which i had to find through a phone number reverse site. insurance refused to give out her information which is also against the law. So they had an illegitimate "business" come into our home. Anyways, due to her lack of professionalism when speaking to me my partner messaged her. She then changed her story and said it was the home owners responsibility to remove all furniture, which would have been fine had we been given tho instructions however we were not, we were only told to put the animals away which they were other then the cats. Not to mention I can't exactly remove my walls and flooring, lights, light switches, railings, skylight ect ect.... I would have been fine with an apology and a can of paint...but instead our lawyer figures they should be buying all new furniture and paying for the house to be completed repainted, even tho it was just a few walls that got painted. We are going through severe hardship at this time and the last thing we needed was to be vandalized by people we were supposed to trust. I'm not one to leave negative reviews ever but this is beyond bizarre. I am in disbelief A couple photos of just a bit of of the damage done 10/10 would NOT recommend. Absolutely nothing was even okay about this companies work or costumer service

I was sooo excited to finally get a new windshield since I could not hardly see out of the one I currently had anymore. I arrived in the morning for my appointment and they were friendly enough but there were some downfalls... 1. I didnt get offered a ride anywhere (customer service shuttle type, non existant) 2. The guy asked me how I was paying... it was already paid for! 3. The guy told me they might take awhile longer due to vandalism the night before....I fail to see how this is my fault as a customer. 4. After getting my car back, I noticed a tool sticking out from under my car hood... A TOOL! they had left a tool & a rag underneath my hood on top of my engine!!! When I returned the tool & rag and explained to the lady at the front desk what happened, she said that she would have a manager call me when he was back (could be 2 days from now!) When i got the call from their manager.. all he said to me was "sorry, i'll talk to my guys in the back" THAT'S IT... no deal, no nothing.. he didnt seem disturbed by the fact his employees had left tools under the hood of my car and could have destroyed my engine with something so rediculously stupid.Sounds like it wasn't the first instance this happened. WORST SERVICE EVER!

During the ordering and design phase, the team was fantastic and very helpful with finalizing our floor plan. However, I am deeply disappointed with the service since the home was delivered.We have multiple outstanding issues that require immediate attention:Five or six significant cracks in the drywall that they promised to repair.Exterior siding that is coming off the house in multiple places.An active leak in our bathroom.I have contacted the company several times via text and email. I even spoke directly with Ken on the phone to address these issues. Despite these efforts, I have received absolutely no response and nobody has come out to fix the damage. It feels as though we no longer exist to them now that the sale is complete. I cannot recommend them based on this lack of post-delivery service and communication.
