I will be without my medication that I need while traveling internationally because Wafeek refused to do his job. He was also very rude and condescending to me while I was trying to get him or anyone there to fill my prescription.

If the review was strictly for the cashiers and baggers it would be a 1. If it was for the Deli and Bakery staff, it would be a 5. Clearly whoever is supposed to be selecting and training the front end staff is not doing their job or not holding them accountable. I was there yesterday and went through the checkout. The cashier said not one word to me, looked like she would have rather been having a root canal then be at work. not the standard " you find everything you needed?"- nothing and meanwhile there were others who I assume were supervisors yelling employees names across the store. I didn't see the guy that is usually supervising up front. He's always very friendly. I even said to the cashier "are you having a bad day? " it's just incredibly disappointing for a company that has such a good reputation. This is the third time this has happened there and the second with this same cashier. The guy bagging the groceries was not any better and although I had a full cart- not one offer to take it to my car. Now the deli was amazing. Even though they were slammed with customers, they could not have been nicer and more apologetic for the wait. The lady with the British accent is a gem! Always so friendly and welcoming. I hope they fix their front end issues. It's just not up to Publix standards and they will absolutely lose business because if people want to have a mediocre experience, they can shop elsewhere.

They also offer gluten-free bread and generally have some gluten-free baked good as well. The service is always friendly and helpful, the coffee is really good, and they have a juice bar inside as well. The decor is cute, with a good number of tables inside and a handful of tables outside. Everything is made to order, so at times there can be a little bit of a delay. But the food is absolutely worth the wait, and it is a very pleasant place to hang out at. Once we discovered Oh My Chives we've been trying to stop by every weekend. Delicious! The sandwiches came out first which had bacon, egg, cheese, avocado and some sort of semi sweet aoli that went perfectly with it. I could eat this every day. You could taste the freshness of the locally sourced ingredients too. The lattes were delicious and we are harsh critics. Having house made syrups is ESSENTIAL for a good coffee. Perfect amount of sweetness and flavor while still allowing that coffee flavor to shine. The atmosphere was busy and loud (a good thing for the business) and the service was quick and friendly. Would recommend!!

Pizza team do better. As a former small business owner, I hate to give out poor reviews…read more Unfortunately I've had multiple horrible experiences with the pizza counter and their employees. I believe this makes 5x in a row so I thought I'd step up and say something. I won't go through all of them, but here is a synopsis of the last two. My nephew had a football game at Centennial High this last fall, so we went to grab a pizza from the counter (you know how high school boys can eat). It was fairly late so they had several partial pizzas available by the slice. My wife and I tried to order a pizza and were told it was too late (really!!) so we asked if they could put together a whole pizza for the slices that were being sold "by the slice." We were also told no. I was dumbfounded, they said we had to order them by the slice only. They looked like they were sitting for a bit so I thought I was doing them a favor. Not to mention, they had what looked like four employees just conversing and on their phones. This morning my elderly parents were craving pizza so even though we have had multiple negative experiences, I thought; what the hell, we haven't tried them since last fall. I called, a woman with a kind voice answered and I thought finally a positive. I apologize for not being able to find the different pizza options on your website and she transferred me to the "ready to eat" counter. Unfortunately, they weren't ready to answer the phone because after several minutes on hold we were hung up on. If this was just a one time occurrence I would be fine but this seems to be their common practice. Customer facing employees must have better customer service. I will just grab a few pizzas from another place, I don't know if this is a reflexion on Whole Foods or just that Ready to Eat crew. Either way we probably won't be back for a while.

Whole Foods in general are always so refreshing to be in from the condition of the store to the cleanliness, service, fresh food and of course...the hot food stations! I have popped into this location many times over the years, sometimes for full shopping experiences, other times for a quick lunch and on occasion, for an Amazon return. Each visit is fairly effortless and stress-free. The only part that can be slightly painful is parking, and getting in and out of the place...this complex is very busy! Service is always stellar whether on the floor, behind a counter or at the registers. Overall, while I am a Kroger loyalist, I make it point to swing by this Whole Foods anytime I need...or want!

A customer had approximately 45+ items in the clearly marked "10 items or less" express lane. When I politely pointed this out, Michele did not attempt to resolve the situation or enforce store policy. Instead, she repeatedly dismissed me with "that's enough" and "it's okay," spoke about me to others while I was standing there, and when I asked her to repeat the comment she replied, "I wasn't talking to you." Rather than de-escalating, Michele's tone and behavior escalated the situation and created a hostile, uncomfortable experience. This is not the level of professionalism or customer service expected from someone in a leadership position. Very disappointing interaction.
