While I am a dedicated Kroger shopper, ALDI is my go-to for many items now! This particular ALDI…read moreis location on Gallatin Avenue in the Eastland neighborhood of East Nashville. It is in good shape, plenty of parking and is always clean. However, like most ALDI location, be prepared for stock carts throughout the store that are actively being worked when the checkout lines slow down. My favorite parts of ALDI are always the outer aisles. The veggies/fruits, breads, cheese/meats, frozen, and of course the wine! If you want to make a killer and affordable charcuterie board, ALDI is the absolute best place to pick up all the goods, even the crackers! I usually do most of my middle aisle shopping at Kroger due to selection, but the meats, cheeses, breads and wine pretty much always come from ALDI! In addition, the variety of premade dips they have in the cold section, along with pizzas, pastas, etc...always come in clutch! I will pick up fruits/veggies on occasion, and are always happy with the prices. I more so pick up salad stuff as I do not do enough to get bulk fruits/veggies too often. Service is always decent here. The lines always seem to be backed up, but relief is never too far away. Overall, I am definitely a fan of ALDI and this location! Oh, and just an FYI - It is ALDI's policy to "lend" you a quarter for a cart if you do not happen to have one!

"Towards Town" means if you follow Gallatin road eventually you hit "Town" or what is affectionately known as Downtown Nashville. It is always busy but you never have to wait long, the lines go fairly quickly. Any time I have needed any assistance they have been more than happy to help. I Though what you need to understand is it is a busy store so you're not going to be pampered and treated like royalty. You are one of hundreds or even thousands. Keep that in mind and you won't have any issues. I love the alternating inventory so every trip is a new adventure. If you come here or to any Aldi make sure to hit up the Aldi Limited Finds aisle for some great deals on cool stuff. It changes from week to week so if you see something you like, you have to get it then or it will be gone the next time you visit. If you enjoy beer and wine, this location has a large selection that is very affordable and quite impressive. Of course, be prepared to bag your own groceries and have that quarter ready for the buggy. This is universal to all Aldi's across the world and I like bagging my own things so it has never bothered me. There is always plenty of parking and it's easy to get in and out of at one of two exits that have a light. Making it easier to turn in and turn out of the parking lot. Nothing worse than having to search for a parking spot after fighting traffic just to get into it.

This was a great move for them, and their new location is just beautiful. It's bright and colorful, with lots of fun murals on the walls, while maintaining the same fast and fresh casual food. I am slowly working my way through their menu. While everything I've tried has been tasty, there are definitely some highlights. Their seasonal Greek Signature, for example, is probably my new favorite. It's full of flavor and the perfect balance of Mediterranean ingredients. I also love their new wraps - especially the BBQ Chicken and the Chicken Caesar. Finally, this location has a FroYo machine! It's just under $5 for a generous cup of frozen yogurt, and then you can add on toppings for a small charge as well. My husband I dined in last night and decided to share some, and it was a hit! It's definitely more on the tart side than the sweet side, making it a nice treat when you're eating healthy. Service is fast and friendly (just like at the other Radish locations). There is some free street parking available, along with lot behind the restaurant that they validate for inside!

The concept was like a Chipotle-style restaurant, but the bowl was so fresh and hearty. They had a lot of great options, and I got their Mexican Street Corn Caesar Grain Bowl with half spring mix and half grains.

LA level dumplings and bao!…read more This place is a small fantastic dumpling place with great service and insane food. Small menu but they do everything to such a high level. We ordered 30 dumplings - 20 chicken, 10 pork. Pork Bao. Edamame. Cucumber salad. And Sticky rice. Everything was flavorful and delicious. The cucumber salad is insane! Also for all that food it was really reasonably priced. We spoke to the daughter of Mama Yang and Daughter and she was so lovely and told us all about how her mom has worked so hard to get these recipes right. So good I bought some of their frozen items to take home with me! This place is an absolute must try. We will be back and looking forward to attending their next dumpling making class!

Their buns are seriously the best anywhere I've had outside of major Chinatowns or being in Asia. They only relatively recently took over the yin yang boba tea location in Germantown for their first brick & mortar so I was excited to get a spot with my wife to participate in one of their seldom offered dumpling making classes. The class was so fun & even though I was hot trash at doing the folds the dumplings turned out delicious. It's perfect for beginners like myself & the steps were simple & they coached everybody through the methods. After we ate the dumplings everybody made I bought two frozen bags of the aforementioned bao buns to enjoy at a later time. Please stop by & give them business as they have the best bao & dumplings in town & are so nice.

The menus are filled with great options from your classics of avocado toast and waffles, to special plates like shakshouka and ramen, along with dishes with a little more umph like burgers, banh mi's, burritos and much more! When in East Nashville, I usually make an effort to swing by for an iced coffee at minimum, but have been known to grab biscuits and gravy from time to time...never a bad decision either. The space is good sized, features an open dining area with a small bar all surrounded by floor to ceiling windows/garage style doors that open up to the cozy patio. A space for everyone. Service is solid and friendly. There is a lot on the menu, so they are happy to walk you through it as needed...and also give you the time needed, which I definitely utilized on my first trip in. Overall, definitely a fan of ITCC and their location in East!
