We received a phone call sometime in November saying the part supplier for them went on strike and offered us the option to come and grab our car that has not been fully repaired. We decided not to risk grabbing a potentially hazardous automobile and left it their until the parts company delivered parts. Fast forward. I call on December 16th asking for the status of the vehicle. I get a call back a few minutes later saying the parts will be in a few days and the car will be ready for pickup. Jan 4th 2020. We pick up our unwashed car, low fuel light on and no wiper fluid. This place didn't even have to decency to offer a loaner car for the 3 1/2 months it sat there let alone put some gas in the tank. Watch out for these low life's!

It's been over two weeks and they say there is no lien release yet and won't contact them for any information. But they have no problem putting it up for sale (for $5k more) before paying you for it. The bottom line.........do not buy a used vehicle from them. Perhaps a new vehicle would be supported by the manufacturer but, be warned, this dealership is all Hollywood and no support. Everything went smoothly…read more I do recommend being ready for some hiccups or expecting to meet twice. I met with the buyer and tried to do it in one shot. As the seller, I had to upload photos of my odometer, registration, title, VIN sticker. The buyer wanted to see the car before starting the process. Once he agreed to buy, KeySavvy was not in business hours so we needed to wait until the next morning. Then it took almost another business day for the payment to be verified. Once keys were passed, I fedexed the title to Keysavvy and I had my money in 48 hours! Wish the fees were a little lower, but all worked out smoothly. Nice UI on their page. Thank you.

It was my first time at an "auto salvage" place...or what used to be called a "junk yard". They had my part and the price was fantastic! What's more, it was already on a shelf so I didn't need to wait. We also went on a hike out back and I found some body parts that I need. So I'll be back to pick them up. Prompt, affordable, and way more helpful than they needed to be when I was in a jam during a long…read morecar trip. All I asked for was a tow but luckily the driver had time to spare so he offered to swap out my recently deceased battery for a new one. I don't know if they normally do that or if it was just a slow day for them. But either way, I appreciated it. It saved me all the hassle (and time) of being towed to another body shop (not Peterson's) approved by my tow program, and coordinate the rental car since I was on a tight travel deadline for work and needed to be 200 miles north of my dead car by the end of the day. (And then having the rental car people pick me up, take me back 15 miles to their shop, and get all set up with a car. All that jazz.) Instead, they swapped out my battery for me and had me back on the road, with my own car and the money that I would have spent on a rental car, within about an hour. And every single person involved with Peterson's that I interacted with was very friendly, helpful, and were really concerned about making sure I was back on the road ASAP. Big thanks to these guys. I hope my car never breaks down near Big Lake again, but if it does, I will definitely call these guys.
