In may of 2023 my daughter purchased a 2013 kia optima from them. I took it on a test drive for her…read moreand it had an empty tank so i didn't go far. I asked them to put some more gas in it so i could take it on a longer test drive. He said he put a few bucks in it but brought it back with the low fuel light still on. I figured they were just cheap. It sounded like the front struts were out because it would make a clunk in the front end any time you hit a bump. They took a little bit off to cover the replacement of the struts. Thet said that they had just replaced all the window controlls. After signing for it and them telling us everything was in working order my daughter drove her new to her car to the gas station to put gas in it. It was empty but when the pump stopped the gauge still showed empty. Driving home the check engine light came on and the code is for the fuel sending unit $300. She gets home and goes for a drive with her boyfriend and the passenger window goes down but not up. I had to purchase $350 in parts and spend my time and labor to get the window fixed. I had asked multiple times for james "the owner" to call me to discuss the issues but no phone call and hardly a return text. After texting him that i am going to do everything i can to warn everyone from purchasing vehicles from them i got a quick response. When i asked to talk on the phone instead of a text he said later tonight and i never received a call back. This is all over a 2 week period. I finally have had enough! Do yourself a favor and find another dealer to purchase a vehicle from. Piss poor communication, don't stand behind their product or their word! Run away from rockstar auto in zimmerman, mn.
