I was honestly shocked at how easy it was to get the information I needed and the appointment set up for just a day after we got the keys to our home that week. Fast forward to the appointment. Last Thursday, Ray showed up for the service appointment. He was friendly, respectful and very knowledgeable. He helped deal with a wasp situation on the front porch. Made suggestions to help proactively keep pests out and worked quickly but efficiently inside and outside the house. He even checked that I was aware the eco friendly inside spray had a slight odor and wanted to make sure I could tolerate it before he sprayed it throughout the house. The whole experience from scheduling, invoicing, and completion of the service appointment was incredibly smooth and the people of EcoPro Services were a pleasure to communicate with. The owner Sarah (an entomologist -- bonus) called me in a few minutes. She said they don't do drill+inject Fipronil, but she reviewed my exclusion plus bait station plan and made several helpful suggestions. It was a 20-minute call and she knew from the beginning that this would not be a paying job for them since the one thing I can't do myself without a pest control license is something they don't do themselves, but she was generous with her time anyway. At the end I offered to pay $50 for the consult but she said it wasn't necessary. I will certainly call them if I'm unable to locate the entry point of rats into my rental house.

That being said, they did an excellent job with the cleaning, and the price was extremely reasonable. The only reason I'm not giving five stars is that I had requested carpet cleaning but wasn't informed of the additional cost upfront. It turned out to be $150, which was fine in the end, but it would have been helpful to know in advance. Despite that, I would absolutely use them again based on the quality of their work and their affordability.
