I gotta be honest, this wasn't my first choice when I made an appointment, and I was hesitant to come here because of reviews // lack of, but they are actually pretty reputable. I can't speak to the other accessories they had but we got permanent bracelets and they are still in good shape after 5 months. My boyfriend got silver, and I got gold in the same band. I do think silver looks a lot better than gold through time. My gold looks a little darker than the yellow gold it was since I got them. I do take pretty good care of them but I am pretty clumsy and I haven't had any issues with them. Prices vary depending on which band you get and how many charms, but it does and .. they're not cheap! Lol I'll be back for an update in a few months! Also the girl that was helping us was really sweet and def knows what she was doing. I didn't get her name but she's the regional manager there so ask for her when you make an appointment!!
