The guy they sent out to do the work stopped us in the middle of doing the work and told us he was not comfortable. He told us he did not know what he was doing. We relayed the information back to Liberty foundation and they insisted that he continue. We have been going through months of them telling us they are going to make it right. But that is the complete opposite of what they have done. They have done nothing but give us the runaround. So our only option is to take legal action. Do not use this company. He also offered to put some mortar or caulk (I forget exactly what) into the bricks on the side of my garage. It took over a week, but I suspect that had more to do with how busy contractors everywhere are in this area. I came back, and it was fixed, and that is one big headache solved.
