Jo in the billing department is the worst I have ever experienced. After sending bills to my 13 y.o. daughter at the incorrect address, even after being seen on several occasions and filling out updated paperwork. Our updated information, along with my insurance information was never added into the system. I was sent to collections for bills that were never sent through insurance or that I ever received due to incompetence of the front desk and billing department. After finding out I was sent to collections for these bills I've never received, I still had to call two different occasions to correct account information that was previously provided to them. I asked to speak to administration to which I was told, "we don't have anyone", I was directed to Dr. Hibbs who on two separate occasions would call my phone but when I returned the phone call within a minute the answering machine was turned on or she was "already gone for the day", At no point was I actually able to speak with her directly. The overall theme was, it was my fault their system was not updated, it was my fault they hadn't updated address in over 3 years despite multiple visits, and it was my fault they didn't have the correct insurance information in their system. As someone who works in health care, I could not imagine ever speaking to/treating a patient the way I have been treated with this clinic. At one point Billie/Bobby? Jo stated, "I'm sorry you cant pay your bills" .... referring to bills I have never received as she was sending them to a 13 y.o. child. After the problems we have had between the front desk and billing department, and now lack of professionalism or accountability from "administration", had I have known this privately owned clinic would have worse customer service than a big corporate facility, I would have went with Monument Health initially, as at least Monument Health has standards for how patients are spoken to, along with accurate accounting systems and accountable/educated business office personnel. These are not isolated incidents, since sharing my experience, I have found many people in similar situations, who have been treated with absolute disrespect by the ancillary staff at Creekside Medical.

I couldn't put any vegetables in my crisper drawer drawers in the bottom of my refrigerator because I couldn't bend over to open them . I couldn't empty my dishwasher because I couldn't bend over to get the plates out ! I felt like a total failure as a wife and human being . Doctor not only relieved the pain but this man literally gave me my life back . So if he says he can fix you he can . He's smart he's funny . But the man knows his s*** ! The gal who called me told me they received my referral to pull out tooth #. In order to set up an appointment to be seen and the tooth removed, I would need to put down $500 today. Um, excuse me, you need $500 to pull a tooth that is already falling out of my head. The gal told me it was their standard policy, and they needed a deposit incase I needed to be sedated. I told her that wasn't necessary as I only needed to have tooth pulled, that I could literally pull out with my own fingers. I didn't need to be put to sleep, I more than likely didn't need to even get a numbing shot. Called my regular dentist to get in to have the tooth pulled. When it is time to do my implant I will NOT EVER go through BHOS. They tend to scam people out of their money. If YELP set negative stars, they would get -5 stars based on their lack of empathy and their greed.

Very first bill sent out had no backup or explanations as to why the amount was due! During my visit, without them asking I had already paid my yearly deductible of a couple of hundred dollars plus! On the bill text there was no breakdown of how they had used any monies that insurance or that I had paid,! There was just amount due without even what the total costs of the services were! To finally get to the bill you had to go through several different sites and steps to get to an Internet site! After getting into the Internet bill, there still was no explanation as to what was done with the total amount of money I paid on the first visit! When I called, I was told that was all there was! But just one of those incidents that happen. I still loved the place and would go back if I needed to.
