From initial contact until job completion Bruce (owner) was a complete pleasure to deal with. Easy to communicate with, Bruce made quick contact with me after my inquiry, and offered to come review my job site to provide a thoughtful, fair and very detailed estimate. Upon approving the estimate, Bruce scheduled work to begin almost immediately, and then communicated with me prior to his arrival with his ETA which I really appreciated. Bruce's son Gavin is working as an apprentice with him and he is a great young man to represent the company also. Gavin is very clean cut, articulate and hard working. Bruce is lucky to have such a fine young man working with, and learning from him. They got to work immediately and even with some additions and modifications, finished on time. I initially contacted Bruce because of a failed attempt to self-install smart switches. Since I also wanted recessed lighting I attempted to kill 2 birds with one stone. Bruce is a veteran, and he was able to fit me in before I left on a trip. The estimate was easy and the job was scheduled efficiently. Long story short, Bruce quickly fixed my smart switches and, along with his son, installed and wired 4 new recessed lights. Fixed my problems and didn't mind teaching me about my electrical system along the way.

I wanted to get a fan installed in my office and asked a few electricians for quotes. Bruce replies immediately and asked a few questions about the job. I didn't have an existing fixture on the ceiling so it was a new install. Bruce came out and looked at the job and gave me a quote which was much better than three other quotes I received. I hired him and the job was scheduled for today 5/28. Bruce confirmed everything in advance and gave me a start time. He was in time, very professional and completed the job in a timely manner. He actually went above and beyond by doing some additional things in the wiring in the attic that required him to go to Home Depot for a junction box to replace the small one already in place. This at no extra charge. I also had him install a remote control in the master bedroom which he also did at no extra charge. Bottom line I'm extremely happy with the work he did. See my pics below. If I could give Tymeson more than 5 stars, I totally would!!! We had an outside electrical outlet that needed replacement as it was seriously outdated and would push back into the wall every time you tried to plug anything in. When we got quotes, Bruce (who's the owner of the business) was the only one to mention if it wasn't already GFCI, we'd need to swap it out with a GFCI outlet. Perhaps other companies would've done that anyway, and perhaps they wouldn't have, but I wouldn't have known about it, had Bruce not mentioned it. To me that spoke to someone who not only does work correctly, but someone who also has safety in mind. That made me feel confident that Tymeson was a solid choice! When Bruce arrived for our job, he was on time and very personable and professional. At the end of our job he used a vac to clean up any dust remnants left behind and also installed an in-use outlet cover. When he was done I asked him about our outside fuse box in which the panel was not secured and if he thought it needed to be replaced/upgraded in the future. He thoroughly looked everything over and said it all looked good for our household needs and that all it needed was a panel screw to secure the panel - which he had on hand and quickly fixed for us at no extra charge!! Huge added bonus, Tymeson is a veteran owned business!!! Not only do I love supporting veteran owned businesses, but have found a level of integrity/honesty and quality of work that gives me the peace of mind for ANY project I need done. I could go on and on about how wonderful Tymeson was in the short interaction I had, but see for yourself...I think anyone would be happy in choosing them for their project, big or small!!
