I don't usually write reviews, but my experience here was extremely terrible. I bought an item from this particular shop, got to the house, and the item did not function properly. I went back and asked for a refund or a trade-in on the same item. Malik or that could be his fake name, stated that we don't do refunds I asked him if I could see the policy stating that they do not redo refunds in black-and-white. They said we choose when we want to do refunds, then he proceeded to shoo me out the store and threatened to kick me out. No, I did not raise my voice, I did not say any obscenities, I just wanted to know why I could not return the item or why the item could not be traded. I remove myself from the store, because I was afraid that he would have escalated the problem, he was shaking and yelling at me. I was extremely confused how it escalated to this. I guess he did not want to be challenged by a woman. I beg of you to never go to this place. There are plenty of shops in the Peachtree city and Tyrone area. read more

I had to find supplies before an important test, but with my work schedule every other smoke shop was closed. I called this store to confirm their hours and if they had what I needed, which they did. The price seemed steep at the time but the customer service was very helpful. I plan on making this my main shop. read more

I shop here all the time. The guys are always friendly and the always get the newest and best vapes. They are very helpful, Their loyalty system is great. . ALL THE KARENS THAT WRITE BAD REVIEWS are feeding a false narrative about these people. I don't understand why they have a low rating. This is a great smoke shop, will continue to recommend. I've personally never had any problems with any of the products they offer. read more

Never open when they advertise that they are. No one can speak English so it's impossible to get help for real, and cheap products for high prices. I've been to enough shops, I can see the difference in good to cheap quality read more

I spent Soo much money in this place and the way I was treated was unacceptable! I never expected to be treated so rudely! The vape I purchased was defective and I was not satisfied. I wasn't able to exchange it or get a refund. I am absolutely baffled at the treatment I received. read more

In 3 days I've tried the cod beer battered fish and chips ($9.99), chicken and waffles($12.99), personal pan cheese pizza ($6), philly skillet ($9.99), mountain splash smoothie ($5), lemon pound cake slice ($4.99), veggie tacos ($9.99), large veggie pizza ($18.99), and grilled chicken house salad ($7.99). Although most of these options were tasty, a couple lacked flavor or substance. At this time they're only offering to go orders and delivery through grub hub. It's best to call in your order ahead of time as everything, except the dessert, is freshly made to order which can mean longer wait times.
