I had 5 vehicles enrolled to their monthly car wash Program & been a customer with them & having my car washed since 2012 & this is the first time that happened to. The manager was so rude to me that he even said "what do you want me to do buff it? & told him he can't coz it so deep all the way to do the paint. And he even said i didn't get it from their car wash coz theirs spins counter clockwise spinning away from the vehicle & i said not its clockwise coz i just have my Prius washed like 10mins ago & he said it doesn't matter, he said that coz the only thing i can think of is he got shut off coz he doesn't know how his car wash works. Not only is the carwash itself subpar when it is open (which is maybe an hour a day) this place is down right fraudulent when it comes to cancelling the membership! When I wanted to cancel the monthly pass I was told it had to be in writing, so I emailed all my information requesting a cancellation and it was completely ignored. When I saw I had been charged again I tried calling to get the pass cancelled. After several times being just straight hung up on when requesting a cancellation I had to call my bank to do a charge back as my only means of cancelling this membership. If you do use this carwash, which I don't recommend, AVOID the monthly pass. It's a trap.
