I cannot speak highly enough of my experience! I dropped off my mom's car to have it cleaned. The family has had it for many years, and were a little rough with it. I wanted to surprise here with a deep clean. When I dropped off the car, it was a mess. The seats looked stained, there was dust and dirt, the cup holder was sticky (with a couple of coins melded into the tray). It FELT dirty getting into it. I dropped off the car with one of the staff named Silverio. He took a look, gave me a great quote, and let me know I could come back in a few hours. When I arrived to pick up the car, I did a double take. It looked familiar, but the interior looked BRAND NEW. I genuinely don't know how he did it. He event cleaned under the trunk, where the spare tire is kept. When I surprised my mom, she was also in shock. The car now feels clean and comfortable, and there wasn't a huge chemical small. Looking back, they could have charged way more for that quality of work. 10/10 would recommend. read more

Did the interior detail with the complimentary outer car wash. I must say my car looks brand new. The outside was not too dirty so I thought the complimentary wash would be enough- and it definitely was. However, the interior stole the show. I had pet stains, dog hair, and general dirtiness throughout the inside. After receiving it back it was spotless. Everything was perfect and clean, literally brand new. It was an extra $50 due to the pet hair and my car being a larger sedan but well worth it. 5 stars. read more

I am surprised with the number of 5 stars this place is getting. We were quoted the amount for a detailing a sedan as per their website. However, when we brought in our car for the appointment (which took 3 phone calls to get one!), the owner quoted a 100$ extra saying the car is mildly soiled. We gave it a go hoping the car would be properly detailed. There were multiple places in the car which was not even touched like the door sills, cupholder.. Also, there were more chips on the car after detailing. When asked about it, they blindly denied saying their tool wouldnt do such damage to the car paint. Also, the detailing chemical left a residue in many places and we had to point out for them to clean it up. I still give two stars because the car seats were pretty well cleaned up. This review is only covering the booking process as I was unable to utilize Manuel's Auto Detail for actual auto detailing. I was recommended to use Manuel's from a mechanic that I trust, so I called their number to schedule an appointment. It was mid-afternoon and the call went to voicemail. Oh well, maybe they are busy? Irritatingly, they were not busy, they just don't answer the phone. I called over and over, leaving voicemails with requests to call me back for a week straight. No response. I even talked to Manuel on Yelp, and he asked me to call him, which I did, and then guess what, another missed call, another voicemail, and I messaged him again to please call me back. After what seemed like forever, finally someone claiming to be from Manuel's called me back at 10:30 am on a Friday, during a meeting of course, because not only are they irritating to call, they call in an irritating way. I asked about availability for a weekend visit, and the guy unhelpfully suggested I come by at 8 am Monday. Thanks but no thanks, I too have a job and instead of asking about the next weekend (which would be doable) you want me rearrange my Monday around yours? No thanks. And I don't like that they have a variable and unknown cost adjustment based on how dirty your car is, that's seems shady. I can imagine they probably adjust this based on how much they think you'll pay extra. Again, no thanks. I don't like being given the runaround and I don't need bad service. read more

I brought my new Prius in for an exterior detail yesterday. The location was a bit difficult to spot at first because there does not appear to be signage -- all you see is a wide alleyway of sorts, with a row of cars awaiting service on the right and a row of cars currently being serviced on the left. I brought my car in at 9 am, as agreed over the phone with Manuel. I called back around 11:15 and asked when I might be able to pick up my car, and Manuel said in about 1 hour. As promised, Manuel was waiting for me when I arrived at 12:20. When he showed me my car, I was impressed by how nice it looked -- they had even vacuumed the driver's side floor mat for me! I doubled my tip accordingly for the extra work (for a total of $160 for exterior-only) and drove home. Once I came home and had some time to look more closely at my car, however, I noticed a few things that make me reluctant to come back to Manuel's. If you look at the pictures, you can see several white stains in the interior that had not been there before. Also, leaves that had accumulated in the vent were not removed. Im surprised at how many positive reviews this business has. Drop off went smooth and with no issues. Unfortunately upon pick up it was easily apparent that the detailing service on my truck was poorly completed. Whatever cleaner they used on the exterior liners and handles had whitened the material and as it has been a few weeks since, I've noticed a considerable degradation in color than prior to the detailing (Hence to why I am now writing this review). However, the roof of my truck was the worst part as it was horribly waxed/clayed. There were noticeable wax smears everywhere that obviously had not been touched with a buffer as well as white streaks of some type of cleaner all over the top. The gentlemen who gave me my keys had only to say that what was completed is as best to be done. I went home and buffed out the roof myself. Needless to say, I will not be bringing any of my vehicles back to this business and will be looking elsewhere. read more

I was shocked when I got my car back. It looked like a completely different car. Manuel and his crew got all the swirl marks and light scratches off of my black car. Scheduling was easy, I called and Manuel got me an appointment time and date. I needed the deluxe all day detail since my exterior/interior has been neglected for the past 5+ years. The price was well below what I cross shopped online for a black car. The work is meticulous from the engine bay, to shampooing the insides and getting some hard stains out (even my seat belts are spotless now!) and the exterior shining like a mirror. They probably do good work (I don't know) but I wasn't pleased with the way quote works. When I first called I was told to check pricing online and choose whatever option I like and we set a time to meet in the morning. When I showed up on time I first had to wait 10 minutes or so and then Manuel came over and asked what I would like so I said I would want external detailing which was $100 on his website. He then told me that it was a mistake and it's $150. For me neither prices are outrageous but I was not happy about agreed upon prices online and them change it on the appointment. Also note that the location is not super easy to find and the place doesn't look too clean. But then most of detailing is about labor so maybe they do good job but I wouldn't know. read more

Owner is respectful and prioritizes the client's satisfaction, to the point where he even fixed up my headlights free of charge.
