I know every customer may have their own experience but for me it was great. Also, after it was installed because I couldn't figure out how to connect the phone audio back to the car stereo, I asked whether they can help me with the AUX audio connection and Sean agreed to help. But now I figure out how to connect through Bluetooth bridging things work greatly. This is a neighborhood shop that has been there for the last 25 years.
