We had reservations for 6 on a Saturday. We were seated quickly and drink orders taken. They have a great Menu of cocktails and beers. I ordered the quesadilla which came with a green sauce, beans and rice. The beans and rice were standard and the quesadilla with al pastor was ok. The meat did have some gristle and could have been seasoned more. The flan was very good! Everyone else really enjoyed their food. Service was outstanding. We look forward to returning.

After a quick elevator ride up to the second floor of the building, the entrance to Taco is very quaint and welcoming. They have a very nice patio area with about 5 tables that overlooks the Main Street that runs through downtown Springdale. We were seated inside, and served very quickly. The queso dip was absolutely amazing, and the margarita flight was an absolute banger. The reason I'm giving this 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the aisle size and not being the most kid friendly. The aisles are quite thin and we got bumped a few times by passing patrons.

Went here for a team building work lunch. This was my first time dining here and I really liked…read morethe decor and overall ambiance, but it was really busy and fairly loud inside. There were 8 people in our group and they ended up seating us outside which wasn't a problem as it was warm and sunny. Once seated our server took our drink order quickly and followed up shortly with taking an order for appetizers. Which also came out fairly quickly. Our server then took our entree orders. He returned three or four times to replenish/refill drinks for the females in our group but ignored me and the other male in our group, until we asked for a refill. Our entree's took about 20 - 25 minutes to come out and there were several minutes between the first and last to make it to the table. In the business district of the town where most of their lunchtime weekday customers are workers on lunch break they need to be getting the food out the kitchen quicker. As for the food presentation was nice. Everyone's dishes looked really fresh and appetizing. Two of our team had the shrimp taco's and they was so much moisture in them they ended up eating them with a knife and fork. Another two on our team had the Quesabirria. They said it tasted good but had more cheese than Burria. As for my own dish, I had the poblanos with steak, which is three enchiladas covered in a poblano sauce with a side of rice. The portion was a reasonable size but the steak was chewy and while it wasn't bad the poblano sauce just didn't impress me. It was just plain in flavor, with not much poblano flavor. Like I mentioned earlier we were seated outside. I was about two thirds the way through my meal and found a small black hair in the sauce. Where we were sat was pretty breezy so I cannot say if the hair came with my meal or if it was blown onto my food, but it was not the best end to what I would call a lackluster meal.

We often used to have dinner at Joe's Italian Grill on 412 East/(Robinson Ave.) in Springdale, when…read moreit was run by members of our local historical Italian community here in Northwest Arkansas. Unfortunatey, Joe's suffered a catastrophic fire several years ago, and for a year or two, it just sat there, ruined and closed. It has since been purchased and reopened by some Eastern Europeans -- no one in our Northwest Arkansas Italian community involved whatsoever. I feel like we've given it a fair chance, but at this point I strongly recommend against eating there; the food and service have gotten pretty bad. Just a few days ago, we were there, and although the restaurant was not crowded (maybe 10-15 people total, in the two large main dining areas?), it was going on an hour and a half without our having received our food. We asked for a few additional rolls, just to tide us over, but the server forgot about it, and -- ridiculously -- they were only provided as we had finished eating and were ready to depart. A number of the restaurant's employees were just hanging out together at the checkout counter, conversing; laughing, and having a great time (which is apparently more important to them than serving their clientele). I approached them and asked them why our food had not been provided, and the only response I got -- from some strange-looking small fellow with a long ponytail -- was something to the effect of, "Oh, yeah!? Well, you have no idea how busy we are!"
