We ended up here because the other Italian spot had too long of a wait. The restaurant has a great view from the fourth floor of the hotel. Service wasn't very attentive, but our server was genuinely sweet and clearly busy, so we didn't get checked on much. The cocktails felt overpriced ($16 for a Moscow Mule), so I opted for a glass of Merlot instead, which came with a generous pour. My husband's local beer flight was also a great way to sample the local breweries. The Bella Supreme took about 45 minutes to arrive. The hand-tossed crust was more soft and bread-like than crisp, the toppings were generous, but the pizza lacked flavor and the ingredients didn't taste particularly high quality. I'd come back for the view and drinks, but not for the pizza. read more

Just ordered a two cup of coffee to go this afternoon. It came with a cheap small foam cup, lukewarm coffee. Both of our cups were 2/3 full. We asked the room for milk but 2/3 full, seriously? The server was not friendly. The cost was over $6 for two small cheap coffee. Since it's in an upscale hotel, we expected more but wrong. The only big negative with the outdoor seating is, many of their fans don't work so it was a bit uncomfortable with the heat. Wouldn't sit outside again in the warmer months. I was at dinner with several friends, I absolutely loved the pizza. The service was slow but you can tell that the waitresses were clearly very busy and trying their best ( they were very nice ) yes it did take a long time but the crescent hotel is the best!!!!! Definately recommend. read more

Skybar Gourmet Pizza has an incredible patio with amazing views, which was definitely the highlight of our visit. Unfortunately, the dining experience itself was disappointing. We visited during off-hours around 3:45 PM, yet our food took over 45 minutes to arrive. The menu options were also quite limited for those that can't eat pizza. I ordered a salad with grilled chicken and paid an additional $10 to add chicken, but the portion was surprisingly small, more like a kid-sized serving. To make matters worse, the chicken was very chewy and had a rubbery texture. Between the long wait time, limited menu selection, and underwhelming food quality, this isn't a place I would choose to return to. The beautiful views alone weren't enough to make up for the overall experience. read more

This establishment is on the top floor of the Crescent Hotel which is at the high point (elevation) of Eureka Springs. Great views in 3 separate directions; woodlands, Christ of the Ozarks, fancy church, countryside, nice houses on top of hills, etc. The pizza is quite good; thin crust - yet good-sized - with 2 of us middle-aged adults, we only finished 3/4 of the pizza. Service was fantastic - had a waiter with a great sense of humor who initiated it and asked for my "autograph" when signing to pay. Amazing pizza! We got there right at 5 o'clock and got a seat right on the balcony with no wait time. The view and outdoor patio was more than we expected! The pizza is OK but way overpriced in my opinion. They add an 18% "servers pool fee" but don't bother to let you know that. I don't have a problem with the percentage at all, but I do believe they should tell you when they give you the bill. When I told them that they should let you know that a tip has already been added, I was corrected that they add a "servers pool fee" like that is not the same as a "tip"! I told them that I didn't care how they split up the money, it is still a "tip". I believe that they don't tell you because there are a lot of people who don't notice and then they "tip" a second time; as if the pizza isn't expensive enough to start with! We were in town for a couple of weeks and when we first got into town we ran to Pizza Hut. They had a large 3 topping pizza on sale for a third of the price and I thought Pizza Hut was better pizza. To be totally honest, my partner thought the SkyBar pizza was a little better. I would also recommend that you don't go during a shift change because the service was horrible. Not very well organized and very slow service during that time; not sure about normal time but I would think it would have to be better. The pizzas were okay, but probably not worth $30+. You're paying for the atmosphere or the view, of which both were lacking in our case. Put our names on the list around 6 pm, expecting about a 40 minute to 1 hour wait. Enjoyed the bar across the hall (even though seats were limited there). Ended up being 1 hour 15 minutes and we essentially seated ourselves because half the restaurant was empty tables and the hostess was pulled inside to wait on people. Hostess seemed more concerned about answered the phone that was ringing off the hook, than addressing the 20+ people standing outside in the hallway waiting for their name on the list. We had a ghost tour booked downtown for 8 pm and some of our party missed about half of it as the pizzas (that we had to order to-go out of time constraints at this point) didn't even get to them until 8:30 pm after over an hour being seated. First off you can't beat this location or the view of the surrounding rolling mountains. We shared a calzone and it was delicious. The leftovers only survived a half a day of driving. My family waited outside of the pizzeria for 45 minutes in the hallway of the Crescent hotel when we initially thought it would be a 20-30-minute wait after giving our names when we arrived. When I went back in to check on the progress the guy at the podium told us it would be ANOTHER HOUR. A couple of things: learn to tell time, and work on your customer service. The expected outcome was we left. I can't write a review on the quality of the pizza or the value like others because WE NEVER GOT INSIDE. I recently visited Skybar at the Crescent Hotel in Eureka Springs and was thoroughly disappointed. Upon arrival, I found a line in the hallway, with the hostess shouting names so loudly that people in nearby rooms could probably hear it. The staff were obviously agitated for unknown reasons and they were taking it out on guest which was unacceptable. No one acknowledged us or asked if we wanted to be seated. After waiting for some time, we eventually had to track down the hostess ourselves just to add our names to the list. We were told it would be a 1.5-hour wait, despite only one table inside and three outside being occupied. While waiting, I went to the bar to get a drink. Once again, no one greeted me or offered assistance while I stood there. After finally trying to get someone's attention, the staff became rude and short with me. When I politely mentioned that I had been waiting patiently, I was bluntly told by a very rude man, "serving you a drink is not our priority." I was completely stunned by this comment--so much so that all I could do was turn around and leave. I immediately filed a complaint at the hotel's front desk. The setting at Skybar may be nice, but the service is shockingly poor. I've never encountered someone in hospitality who outright says that serving me isn't their problem. I won't be returning, and I hope management reconsiders how they treat both their guests and employees. read more

We recently dined at Skybar, and it was not a good experience to say the least. I want to start by saying that the staff working there are attentive, nice, and overall wonderful people who work hard; they deserve a hearty tip regardless of the food and setting. When we entered the restaurant it was not busy and we chose a table outside to avoid the incredibly loud noise inside. There were not many people inside the restaurant, but it was DEAFENING. The view was serene and scenic, we went at night and were able to see the Christmas lights in the town. The food is not justifiable for the price for many reasons. We ordered a pizza that was very mediocre and absolutely not worth the $30 we spent. The biggest problem was that our pizza wasn't even cut so we had to have our server cut it for us. That is a huge problem for a pizza restaurant claiming to be "gourmet." The crust was chewy which I do not mind, but it was flavorless which again is not "gourmet." Additionally, the ranch that we ordered was horrible, it tasted like the off brand ranch from Family Dollar. Overall, the servers are great, but the food was not worth the price we paid. It took almost 45 minutes just to get the salad. Then another 45 minutes for the wings. The restaurant wasn't packed, I'd say 50% capacity. I did ask about long would the pizza be, as we weren't planning on a 3 hour lunch! the pizza came out shortly after that. As it turned out we were there for 2.5 hours! The beers on tap were great, and those came out quickly. As did the refills! Wings were really good. Got the buffalo sauce. Crispy, lightly fried, an entire pound! Loads of toppings on the pizza. Huge slices, just needed more sauce. That was for both the carnivore and the chicken BBQ pizzas. The server did bring out extra hot marinara sauce when I asked. Someone else in our group got the spaghetti and meatballs. Which didn't come out until we were almost done with the pizza. When we were boxing up the leftovers, we noticed plastic saran-wrap on the bowl. Which means it was prepped ahead of time. Pretty disappointing. As for the pizza, we prefer Red's. Chose Skybar Pizza for my birthday lunch while we were in town. My husband says it was imhos favorite place we visited since we've been here... and we have been all around out of the flight of beer he sampled, we chose to order the Lima Lima which was super good. Lima Lima porter is a a hybrid between a stout and porter. It's is as dark and roasty as a stout, but lower in ABV and with notes of chocolate like a porter. We were given the option to 1/2&1/2 the pizza so he chose the Bella Supreme and I chose the Honolulu pizza. The views were perfect overlooking the valley, and the service was 100%. The crust was soft and chewy, the perfect crust. The toppings all tasted fresh and good quality, overall a great pizza. We also got the Spring Street salad. It was so good, I was shocked really. The salad had big ol' blackberries and fresh strawberries. The pecans were slightly sweet. I loved this simple salad. The service was great. Our server was very attentive but not overbearing. They were busy but all the servers were social and charismatic. We really liked eating in the balcony of the 4th floor. We were out there on a perfect summer day so we couldn't ask for more.
