This is not right! People are leaving bad reviews for this place because an employee was accused of stealing someone's dog. The police were involved and were forced to give the dog back to the employee because the person claiming to be the rightful owner has no proof. So people are saying Duke's should disregard what even the police are saying and somehow force his employee to turn over the dog??? And that this is somehow Duke's fault?? Unfair! If the employee did steal the dog, I hope she gets fired and that the rightful owner gets her back, however I fail to see how Duke's is at fault!! I've met the owner a few times and he's a very nice person with a family, and some are trying to destroy his business. The staff is so patient and caring. The vibes in this shop are incomparable with any other place I've taken Janis. Ericca and Vicky are is a ray of sunshine, Vicky has been grooming for years, and it SHOWS. I adopted my dog, she's a husky mix, all white (but you couldn't tell when I brought her in). She has separation anxiety but I could tell by the vibes that she was going to feel comfortable here. They took amazing care of her and she looked beautiful when I picked her up. Dukes k9 spa Is my favorite "spa" to bring my hounds to. I have two crazy hounds who are very hard to handle but the girls that work there are always so sweet and gentle and willing to take my dogs in at any time. Besides the staff being beyond friendly the parking lot is amazing it's so open, it's a great spot for the dogs it's away from the main road! They even have a little doggie bathroom! read more

Dukes k9 spa is by far the best place I've taken my dog Buddy by far. They came recommend by a friend a they did not disappoint, He has never looked better! Usually upon picking up buddy he's shaking and scared but this time he was happy as could be. It's refreshing to see a place take such good care of an animal and have pride in their work. Such a fun and friendly place to bring your dogs to get pampered! I visited not too long ago and will definitely going back! Why convenient to drop off your dog and come back. Prior to Dukes opening, our Chihuahua was always SO skiddish of going to the groomers! Not here. The staff is so pleasant and all have so much compassion when tending to the furbabies. We brought our 2 dogs in for the first time today. A 7 yr old lab mix and a 1 1/2 yr old lab mix. The staff there was great and they were very kind and caring especially to our 7 yr old rescue that has a lot of anxiety. If you need to get your dog groomed and you live anywhere close to here Dukes is the best by far. As soon as you walk in you can tell the staff really cares about the dogs and are dog lovers. We took our lab here because of a family member's recommendation. We just needed to get his nails trimmed. The nicest, most caring people took care of our dog. You can tell when someone is a dog lover and they are. There are some not so nice dog groomers out there and it was a pleasure to find this place. 5 stars all the way. read more

I was very upset as our groomer had to abruptly close and Duke's was recommended from a friend. We took our little "poosh" there who is usually nervous and he was great.
