I have gone through numerous groomers trying to find a good one-finally found Charley through my Samoyed Instagram group. I was a little hesitant at first bc I live in Brooklyn and she is an hour drive from me. I decided to give her a try. Best decision ever! Ok, no problem. I get there, and there is one new employee who doesn't speak English well at all. I had a lot of trouble communicating with him and trying to explain how to cut the pups hair and the issues they have. We figured it out, and I left. They texted me to pick up the pups as usual but once I got there, the employee stated that they only accept cash or Zelle... of which I had neither. I was able to leave with the pups and come back with cash. On top of all that, the fire alarm is constantly chirping and I remembered that it was doing that at their last appointment 2 month prior. The place isn't kept very clean as the front entrance could use a sweeping. Needless to say, we are going to find a new place to take the dogs for grooming. I'm only giving 2 stars because the employee actually did a nice job on the pups. The business owner needs to take a business class or two.

I was texted by the company on 5/11 if I wanted to book an appointment and I responded yes. No answer. Flash forward to this week trying to follow up with text messages, calls with voicemails, and even Instagram messages ( which are left on read with no response). Still nothing. When I try to book an appointment online it restricts me from booking, but my friends are able to when they create accounts. I don't know what happened to deserve this kind of treatment and if something did happen a conversation would have sufficed. I've now seen several reviews of this company ghosting their clients and it's absolutely disgusting. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!
