Called this place, about wheel offset measurements. Spoke to the owner. He said there were equipped and knowledgeable to do it. Once I drove there and parked, the owners first questioned was "are you going to buy rims here?" I told him the truth, I'm not sure, but I don't think so. He then told me that he couldn't give me the measurements. I told the owner, that we spoke about it over the phone. I believe they either can't perform the task or, are in willing to do it. That's okay but don't lie about being a let to do something , and make people come to your shop to not perform the said task. Either way, don't waist your time with people who lie. Look for a reputable place. This is not it. The service was garbage. I waisted my time coming driving down. The quality of work was absolutely noooooo bueno. read more

I came around to this location in the month of May to get a cast aluminum rim welded because I was told they do that to do a good job. So I gave them the $95 they asked me for and they didn't do the cleanest work.. and that was fine with me. I personally rather have the job done for its use, then looks. So today I passed by because I got in my car and he has zero air. I drove a bit and I came to the realization like you know my room is is cracked again and you can see it. I'm not sure why but usually when something is welded, depending how they do it, they're telling me the only world the surface of it. They don't cut into it, then weld it. So when I was there, I asked him, so am I gonna have to pay it again and I paying full price because this doesn't seem to be a problem on my end because like usually when you do a job you do it right the first time I get it it's a fix But there's no reason why it should break in three months. All they did was put my tire back on, ignored me and left. The service for the tires and everything is great but forgetting wheels fixed. I don't suggest it.. read more

I contacted this company to have cracks on my wheels welded. About a month later, the same wheel cracked again in the same spots, right along the welds. I went back to them, and they told me that they don't offer a warranty on their work. As a result, I had to pay again for the same repairs. They also scratched the rims and refused to fix them. read more

They did a very good job of painting my rims from gray to gloss black, looks like an original black rim. Changed oil, spark plugs and did the brake job. Very satisfied with the job except for the brakes that's now making a squealing sound. read more

I went to UAS to get my stock BMW rims a new look. I got them powder coated gloss Black. They look great and exceeded my expectations. I called ahead to get an idea of price, competence and timing. I got the same info in person as I received over the phone. Prices were straight forward and they went the extra mile to ensure I could continue getting back and forth to work by providing loaner wheels. I didn't find any other shop which offered this service. It took a little longer than expected but hey, it was Christmas time on top of a pandemic. read more

Ricardo is the manwalked in and he got me quoted for a bent wheel and had it fixed in less than an hour! I had many shops tell me the wheel is not repairable and that so should buy a new wheel but i knew there was somebody that could fix it. Called UAS and Ricardo asked to see to a picture of it and i came in and wheel got fixed with no vibrations. the UAS team is a solid crew and would definitely recommend them to anybody! read more

Came to this tire shop because I got some new WORK wheels and I wanted them to be taken care of. I didn't want any scratch's or chipped paint when installing the tires. Jr and Raul took care of me professionally and gave me advice. They took care of my wheels, car and me. At the time my car was lowered and it isn't easy to work on my car but they didn't turn me around. They were able to get my car off ground and get the job done. Overall I had a great experience with this tire shop and I plan to come back when I need some new tires or just need some tire help. read more

I went to 3 other shops to get a larger Tacoma wheels balanced. Every shop told me the rims were no good and the tire couldn't be balanced, even though the rims and tires were brand new. I then brought it here as a last resort and regret not coming sooner! They were able to balance the wheels with ease and nothing was wrong with my wheels. That was 3 years ago, and I've had no issues since! They have the experience and know what they're doing here. read more

Even went to the warehouse and got me a new tire and sold it to me for half price. They fixed the dented rim (inside and out) on my benz and polished it up nicely for $75. read more

Came in for a rim replacement. It looks like it is a family owned business. Everyone is really nice and friendly. Service is fast, easy and efficient. They are located in the corner of Prairie and 108th St. right on the side of Arco. My total cost was 20$. The assistant was nice and even advised to purchase new wheel studs as two of mine were broken. He advised to purchase them at Napa. I can testify this place is honest. Never did they overcharge me or try to find a way to. They also have rims and wheels. Came in for a rim replacement and came out satisfied. Really recommend this place! read more

This was the worst experience i ever had purchasing wheels and I've purchased many in my day. The wheels i purchased actually look nice and that's probably the only positive i have to say about my experience. I came to get a new set of 19in. Black rims for my 2011 Volvo S60. I asked for this size rim because through research I found that this was the biggest size wheel my car could fit. A technician at this establishment went above and beyond to convince me that buyin the 20in. Rim was better/more cost efficient/ and would easly fit on the vehicle even after i told him about what i read the size should be. They offered to paint my brake calipers any color i wanted as well as a part of the deal. I told them "great! Lets do yellow so we can have a batman theme". Everything that went wrong after that: 1. The wheels definitely didn't fit and thus they put the smaller(incorrect) tires on them as an attempt to accommodate. 2. They painted the calipers black stating they didnt have yellow even though they gave me the ok when i asked for it. 3. They gave me at least one faulty or used tire. I know this because 2 days later my tire would be flat. This would continue on for 2weeks until they finally agreed to change out the tire. 4. While changing the flat tire to a new one they DAMAGED the Wheel! The worst part about that is when i alerted them of it they lied to me and said it was damaged when i brought it in! I then proceeded to show them pictures of the rim and tires taken 10min before arriving at their shop (undamaged might I add) the OWNER proceeded to yell at me and call me a liar! 5. The day after i picked up my car i returned to the shop to explain to the OWNER that one of his technicians urged me to purchase improperly sized wheels. I told him they are to big for my car and i explained that to him. He told me he wouldn't give me the proper sized wheel because the factory would not accept the used wheels which i understand. But thats the fault of UAS Custom Wheels...why should I the customer who asked for the correct equipment have to pay for their mistake? 6. By the end i was left with wheels and tires that dont fit/incorrectly colored calipers/being called a liar and yelled at by the owner/ driving 2weeks on a slow leak/ i havent even recieved my wheel lock keys to be able to take off the rims/ they returned my Factory rims with different tires to make me feel like they stole them to sale or put on someone elses wheels to save money. Smh this was the WORST buying experience hands down. I also have pictures and video to go with my statement which i will be showing the judge when i file my lawsuit in small claims court next month. read more

I drove off the lot in November in my 2017 VW Passat. Come on really 2 months in I get a flat tire. Great! So I use my donut to get over to American Tire. They come back with my tire and kindly tell me they cannot patch the tire because I have a crack in my rim. They tell me to check out UAS. Oh yeah let's call VW. 'Ma'am did you buy the tire package' ummm no. 'Okay hold on'. Yeah you already know how that went. The rim cost as much as 2.5 new tires would cost. Yeah no thanks. So I step out on faith and head over to this place. I Walk in there are fancy rims and tires everywhere. I stand there waiting patiently to speak to the man behind the desk looking at the computer with intent. Not sure if he sees me I make a little noise. He raises his eyes and someone walks into the office and engages in a conversation. At not one point do I get a "be with you in a moment" or anything. So I walk out....hey not to leave but to grab my coat cause I was freezing. So ohhh now Junior noticed me cause he came outside to find out if I needed help. I show him the tire and he says hey it looks like a bullet hit your rim. I promise I wasn't in a drive by lol anyhoo we go back in he says come back in an hour and you'll be ready. I come back and sure enough my lovely car was good to go again. Ohhh great! I leave, the tire sensor is still on. *sigh * I call him he says no problem come back. I do, he resets it. The reset button I would never have found but he knew where to look. He bids me a good evening and I'm all smiles cause my rim is repaired for 75 bucks! Okay so why the 5 stars after Junior let me stand there..Hey we all have them days where we are engaged in our work and slack. And when he spoke to me he was nice, took care of my needs for a great price, didn't try to up sale me or over sale the price of the repair it was exactly what he said on the phone. Being very generous giving 2 stars ( only because UAS has a cool staff working there lol) . I'm giving a low review since I had them try to repair a small crack in one of my rims on my car. They charge $65 flat , which is arguably a steal deal lol , but thus being said if the repair work actually fixed something. The weld they did was very poor and didn't fix anything . I just recently noticed my tire started leaking air a lot ever since the repair. Bringing the car by tomorrow ( hopefully the rim doesn't collapses ) and crossing my fingers they fix this up. read more

I went to a tire shop to fix it an found out that they put my sensors on with metal tie wire! Very unprofessional! Hit me up 4 pictures! I wanna sue for there B.S. I bought some wheels from these guys about 3 weeks ago and I was going in to get some 22 x 10.5 rear and 22x 9.5 front I get some work done on my car and I see the back of the wheel and it said it was a 9.5 in the rear. These guys are charging me 2000 dollars for 10.5 and gave me 9.5. I don't think this is fair this is my first pair of rims and the absolute worst experience ever recommend them at all. On top of that the front wheel was rubbing on the upper control arm. And when i go back to tell them they said it was alligment and then they said it was the extra length of a bolt and cut it off read more
