Everything was great at first but home button was placed back in properly and not the buttons are all stuck and the screen turns off all the time. I spent hours trying to get my phone to work and was just about to give up, but I decided to give these guys a try. 5 minutes. That's the time it took for them to fix my phone. Don't be dumb like me, go here first. They are super nice and very knowledgeable. Also, if you don't already know about it, and you own a verizon phone, I would highly recommend the pageplus service too- so much cheaper, same coverage and no contract. Great customer service! Best place in town to have ur phone fixed. I had been to previous places in town recently because for h the first time in my life I cracked my screen twice in 3 months. Tried this place out and it was the best price I could find. As soon as I walked the employees were awesome and very friendly. My phone was fixed in the quickest that I've ever had, compared to other places and the price was awesome. It was an easy process. I sent a request for a quote and got a quick response. Took my broken phone to the location on south college and had a fixed phone in a short period of time for way less than even a used phone. I called to set an appointment to get my cell phone charger connection repaired. They told me that it was not worth getting repaired as the charger mechanism was soldered to the motherboard. So I went to Verizon and bought a new phone. After I purchased the new phone, I received a call from U Drop We Repair. They told me that they we mistaken as they gave me wrong information as they gave me information on a previous model of my Samsung phone. TOO LATE. New phone was already purchased and I got screwed by U Drop We Repair. Needless to say, the world will find out about their error. read more

Not only are these folks serious experts in replacing shattered screens, but they are very approachable and friendly and quick (I waited less than an hour for my iPhone 6+ to be fixed). Asked to speak to the manger of the college rd location multiple times to offer the local services of the company I work for to see if anything we have to offer could benefit the growth of their business, and employee went to the back multiple times on my behalf to ask manger to please come up front to talk to me and all I heard was "I'm too busy" over and over. Yet, he was not too busy to accept my business and have his employee talk me into upgrading and paying more for a lifetime warranty for a tempered glass for my iPhone. And all I was asking for was a minute of his time to introduce myself and company and that's the friendly customer service I receive in return for doing business with them, "I'm too busy!". They will definitely not receive anymore of my business, and I plan to spread the word of their SUBPAR customer service and respect for the other local businesses in the Wilmington area. I just left U Drop We Repair and I could not be more pleased with my experience. The service was incredibly fast and the results were fantastic. You couldn't tell in the slightest that I had shattered my phone screen last night! The staff is super chill too. They also had a nice little waiting space with a movie going which I thought was pretty cool. Great service, perfect results, and the price was not bad at all.
