Gas station and convenience store at the SE corner of the Regency Square shopping plaza. Full service self drive thru car wash and car vac. Its not the most visually impressive gas station but has all the necessary things to start your day. The overloaded clothing donation drop bin is at the front of the station providing an eye sore. Not sure why this is here since a Goodwill donation center is in the plaza. The manager inside the bullet proof room, gave me my winning FL Lotto tickets. horrible experience here with my "run into" associate, the indian "owner" was extremely disrespectful to me and had no reason being so. its not the first time ive heard of the unwarranted disrespect and bad treatment that comes out of the customer service at this location but this incident was just repulsive. from the hours of 2:25am to 2:31am you can catch the whole altercation on the store cameras. along with that footage that i will be requesting tomorrow. i also have a 1:24 minute long video on my phone of the "owner" disrespecting me and making outlandish remarks like "i cant sell bc you are idiot". to finalize my statement, the owner ended up threatening to call the cops to ill inform them about me being "intoxicated" (i was not) because I wanted to buy beers for my family gathering for the following day. not only did the customer service turn my stomach, but for the first time in my life i felt i was being cornered due to a position of power by the owner. this was blatant harassment and it wont go un recognized. I will be visiting the location on the 14th of august to either speak to a higher up or reach a solution with a higher authority as originally suggested by the "owner". read more

Convenant little gas station, in a nice plaza with a few other essentials prices here are normally a little better than the nearby Shell station. Have had card issues at one of the pumps from time to time but it's not normally too busy. The convenience store is a little small but it is in a plaza with a grocery store. They also do hot breakfast sandwiches here which are a super good value and have been a saviour on days I get a late start. read more

A good little gas station located on Volunteer road near Publix. The price of gas is low but I come here mostly for the convenience. There is never a wait to get gas. Well I've been coming to this gas station for years now. I'm 22. They've been turning me away from buying fumes ever since I turned 21. They have been selling me fumes ever since I was 15. Funny right? I even have proof of them not checking for ID in the past, when they were supposed to. Staff is very rude and under experienced. Have had multiple encounters and multiple people a-test to the fact that they give faulty/bad products and do not refund. Save yourself the time and go some where else for your products instead that is professional, will treat you like a human, and cares the slightest bit about customer satisfaction instead of literally just their own maximum profit (Myself and others have repeatedly seen this location sell vapes to minors for long periods of time because this was a majority of the crowd that would buy items there). Teenage hispanic girl employees working there are incredibly rude/bad attitude and tell you everything is your problem and not theirs. They literally speak no english, and will talk bad about people in espanol right in front of them thinking that other people cant understand Spanish, completely disrespectful and unprofessional. Used to like this place a few years back before employment became very unprofessional, very rude, and very unhelpful in general. Coming from a loyal 10 yr+ customer of this place, after employees ruined this location these last couple of years and ran it into the ground, I will no longer be visiting this U-gas for gas, car washes, snacks or any other fake "products" they offer in the future. Just had my credit card number stolen at this U-gas. Pump #5. I went back later in the evening to notify management. A person by phone, who claimed to be the manager, gave me serious attitude. I wasn't asking for anything. Just wanted him to be aware to prevent other credit cards from being stolen. Didn't give his name, but had a strong Indian or middle eastern accent. Very rude. Made a statement to the clerk in a friendly way about the pumps not taking my card and that it is inconvenient that I have to leave my card with him to fill up tank. He then went off on me and told me to take my card back and leave. Im sorry but with all the identity thefts going on this place needs to keep there pumps in working order. I always try to support small business owners but when your employees are rude and tell customers to leave for making a true statement and not apologizing for the inconvenients then it is time to go elsewhere.
