Tara made sure I was comfortable with everything, gave me a break down of everything and how it works and the trailer. The trailer was in excellent condition and had everything you needed and some! There was a hiccup after picking up the trailer and Tara had made sure everything was taken care of and everything was set before I left on my trip. While on my trip, I had ended up getting a flat and I reached out to Tara. She was so calm and collective and helped me through the entire process. I rented a two-story scaffolding from them and they went as far as letting me use their trailer to haul it home and back, free of charge. Prices for the rental was pretty competitive as well. Neff Equipment Rental has to be above the most amateurish and unprofessional business I have ever…read moredealt with. I had been attempting to rent a tractor with a brush hog attachment from them for approximately one week. The first story that I got was that there was a problem with the tractor and that they would definitely have it fixed by Friday morning. I traveled to their rental location in Gainsville, FL, to finalize the deal on Friday morning, to learn a sister store had shipped them the tractor and had failed to send them the pins which hold the brush hog to the tractors hydraulic arms. They further stated the parts needed would not be obtainable till the following week because they were having to order them from the Kubota dealer. I got on my phone and within five minutes time I had found these unobtainable parts in Ocala, a 30-minute drive from the rental location. I proceeded to drive to Ocala and paid $40 for the pins and rushed them back to Neff rental because I had a crew of men coming from Daytona to work that day. I gave the pins to the manager who agreed to give me a 10% discount on the rental for fuel and the price of the parts. Ok this is great I am thinking; I call my guys and tell them to hurry up because the tractor will be delivered within the hour. Then comes the straw that broke the camels back. A rental clerk called me up about thirty minutes later to inform me he "kinda had bad news." He went on to explain that they had two left hydraulic lift arms and zero right lift arms. Needless to say I was left speechless. I told the clerk that I didn't know whether to be angry or laugh because I was in such awe and wonder of how any brick-and-mortar business could possibly stay in business with such disorganization and poor management. Needless to say, I WOULD NOT recommend Neff Equipment Rental to anyone!

The trailer is on wheels so my yard was not messed up like many roll off dumpsters do. The reservation process was easy and the dump trailer was dropped off exactly when stated.
