The company canceled my original move at the last minute (The company canceled at 6:00 p.m. the night before, citing the driver "lost his license," asking me if I was comfortable letting him move my belongings without a valid license--an alarming, unprofessional question), then sent an untrained crew who arrived late, smoked near the open garage door, pushed furniture across floors without protection, and caused multiple damages to both property and belongings. Basic care and professionalism were completely lacking. I am uploading only a couple of photos here. Furniture and property were severely damaged: scratched walls and floors, severely dented appliances, grease-stained mattresses (yes, they charge you for the mattress covers, and then did not use them at all), and broken bookcases. A Christmas tree was snapped, refrigerator handle broken, and the truck poorly packed. I filed a formal complaint with the BBB, but the company did not follow through on what they stated in their response. No claims manager ever contacted me--directly or indirectly--despite their promise to do so. This entire process has shown me how unreliable and unprofessional this company is. I strongly advise others to avoid using All My Sons Moving & Storage to prevent similar stress and frustration. I would give 0 stars if it were possible!

Every time I've needed to downsize or even expand on storage...William here has been such a help to get me feeling settled when I'm out of the city and my belongings are not settled. I feel safest that William who runs this Extra Space is the most qualified and would absolutely never let anything bad happen. He advised me on my insurance and has even helped come spray for bugs to help ease my mind. He's even called me to track me down and make sure I didn't get a late fee if I was too close to the date. Public Storage 'says' that Strong Point didn't leave our contracts with them so they are claiming they can't or won't honor them. I don't have that kind of money. I left an extreme home situation and had no choice but to put my life into a storage. I hate they did that to me and the other renters. I also hate that they did that to the staff. Such a shame.
