I had a free one month storage because I didn't have an address to deliver it to. So they took it to El Paso Texas to store it in their warehouse. Suffice it to say that I was advised to move it as quickly as possible. So I contacted cube storage and Lauren absolutely shorted me out in short order. Most moving companies tell you that if you don't have a big enough area for an 18-wheeler that you will be charged for shuttling your stuff from the truck which will end up costing more than the move itself. Cube storage can fit 18-wheelers they have lots of nice storage spaces. And Lauren has the attitude to deal with the moving companies when they come in and try to overcharge you again. She is an absolute sweetheart and will go way out of her way to help anybody. The storage facility is right off the highway and it's new. It is not a climate controlled storage facility but if you're just moving furniture and boxes do you really need one? Their rates are excellent and honestly I felt very fortunate and confident to put my stuff there. I'd give them 10 Stars and would suggest that if you're looking in the area for storage facility that you go see my friend Lauren at cube storage.

A few months later I started having battery issues and reached out to see if maybe it had something to do with the wiring in the lift gate. I was stranded in my work parking lot. I called them with concerns, they didn't blow me off, they listened! And they came and got my car, did a full workover trying to find the problem. They diagnosed it with a bad battery and offered to fix it same day. (I had already bought a battery just in case) they offered to install it too! the brought my car back to my place of work and made sure i got off safely and charged me NOTHING. I had stopped for gas and then decided to go in the convenience store for a soda. When I came back out, the car wouldn't start as the automatic shift knob was stuck in neutral. Figured out how to remove the boot over the shift knob and push a yellow clip and unfreeze the shift knob into Park. Car still wouldn't start! Travis arrives in the tow truck and finds the issue is the shift cable was missing the bushing that holds it to the transmission. He said he had a mechanic that may be able to fix it if the part could be found. Unfortunately, no part was available and car was towed to VW Dealer in Marion, ill (55 miles). Monday morning, the dealer called saying they could only get the complete cable installation kit and it would cost $1977.00 installed. They also said the Part wouldn't arrive for 3 days. I called Travis and he sent me the number to a local mechanic. The mechanic had me picked up from my motel and we went to the dealer and towed the car to Johnson's Auto and Truck. The part was delivered and I was on the road back to Kansas City. I was saved by Travis with Jason's Collision and by Johnson's Auto and Truck repair. Turned out that I was Lucky, Lucky, Lucky! Thanks Travis and Johnson's Auto and Truck Center! You saved me $1800.00 and a 3 day hotel stay! Thanks just isn't enough! Gerald Moore

My wife and I were on our way from Alabama to Kansas for a long race weekend. Left at 3AM on a…read moreFriday morning and stopped for about thirty minutes from Mayfield, KY at 6AM. Performing my usual walk around the trailer as I do every fuel stop I realized one axle had no wheel, no hub, trashed axle spindle.... No idea when it happened. No indications from the trailer. Pulled at 77MPH the entire time. I serviced all four wheels last Fall and topped off the wheel bearing grease in June of this year. Just goes to show, sometimes it just doesn't matter what you do things just fail. Anyway, after searching we limped our way over to Youngblood RV. After 8 hours with Youngblood's technicians trying to repair the axle we threw in the towel and started the return journey home rather than attempting another 8 hours away from home and then 12 hours back. If you ever find yourself in Mayfield, KY in need of anything related to RV or camping, or grilling, or golf carts, do yourself a favor and go to Youngblood RV. Ask for Trevor Youngblood. I took up 8 hours of bay time and use of his time. He didn't charge me a single penny. Class act people...words can't convey my gratitude for these folks.

I had some siding come loose on my trailer and pulled into Youngbloods not knowing anyone. I was back on the road in a few hours with my siding repaired and some extra problem I was unaware of also repaired. And the cost was very reasonable.

We took our RV in for a repair on the roof in Nov of 2025. We did not get the RV back until Feb of…read more2026. At this time there was snow and ice on the ground and we were unable to inspect the RV for a few days. Once we did, we found that the work was not good. It looked like they had busted the roof rails, there were gaps in the seal around the skylights and along the front. We notified Open Roads and they said to bring it back in and they would make it right. They had our RV for 2.5 more months. This time when we picked it up, they admitted that they had broken the roof rails previously and that they were replaced this time. Everything appeared to be fixed. Then 2 months later after several weeks of rain, we noticed that the shower had water in it. When we investigated, we found that the skylight had not been sealed at all. While Open Roads has been friendly and helpful, I am not secure with their work. My camper is only 2 years old.

They found a malfunctioning coil and replaced it. It's been a couple of months since the repair and the car works great! Since my auto was working great, I decided to have them look at my pickup. Previously, I had the pickup worked on by a couple different shops and one repaired an electrical problem, later another shop worked on it, yet the truck ran poorly, lacked acceleration. Troy found a leak in a couple vacuum lines and replaced another component in my truck. The pickup now starts right up, no longer lags when it accelerates, runs smoothly, and the gas mileage has improved. I am very satisfied with the work done on both my vehicles at Troy's Auto.
