It is a shame that a person cannot speak with customer service other than sending an online request form. United Propane President, CEO, Board of Directors where are you? Apparently not at United Propane running the company and helping your customers out! Where is your loyalty to the customers, I see that you have a loyal customer of 30 years and I'm sure there are hundreds more. Look at your reviews, they are horrible how is it possible that United Propane is still in business?

I had to leave a detailed voice message (it gave instructions on what info to leave, so I hung up, got the info handy, and called back). When the lady returned my call, she was all set and just confirmed what I wanted, told me the price per gallon, and said it would be delivered within the next few days. I'm guessing the work load isn't too crazy right now, because usually we can expect it to take longer. But as she said, they did the delivery within a few days and left the bill. After going through all their prompts then waiting 15-20 minutes to be answered by a very hateful lady, she asked me countless questions before she would tell me the price was $1.89! All l have to say is apparently they don't want my return business. I called the new propane place and the lady was so sweet and kind. I didn't even have to go through an interrogation to get the price! Much better price, they answered the phone after a couple rings, too! So, l recommend going up the road to the new propane place because l want them to have my business. I never write a review but after what l encountered l think everyone should know!

No call - no show. 6 days later I call them back no one would answer the phone till after 1:30 and was told that they would get to me when they get to me, no idea about a day or time. Very rude, unhelpful, condensing customer service is about the nicest thing I can say.
