First for moving from my things from my sold home to storage until I found a home to purchase and then a second time from storage to my new home. For each time from the initial contact for the appointment to the final move I could not have asked for better service. All of my questions were answered, I was informed the evening before and the morning of the moves of arrival times so I was prepared. The movers took great care of my things even though they worked quickly and ensured things were left where I wanted them.

We paid for full service because we are both currently injured and could not do the work ourselves, and we came to them through a family recommendation. The crew was scheduled to arrive between 11:00 and 12:00 and showed up around 2:00. We were told there had been an accident, and we understand things happen. But by the time they arrived, we had already packed everything except the kitchen ourselves. Packing the kitchen alone took them roughly three and a half hours, and even then the refrigerator was never emptied and items were left sitting on the counters. The team seemed very inexperienced. They needed direction on the simplest tasks, had zero spatial awareness, and moved at a snail's pace. They were also strikingly inefficient, taking a single item at a time to the elevator and riding up to the new unit instead of loading it first, and theykept doing it even after we suggested otherwise. Eventually we asked them to stop handling our dressers because we were worried about damage and about someone getting hurt. To keep the time and the bill from spiraling, we moved boxes, cleared out both closets, and carried furniture ourselves. It is not an exaggeration to say my partner and I did at least 60% of the move. I ended up moving two large dressers on my own with an injured ankle because they couldn't figure out how to maneuver it into the closet. Afterward we sent a detailed message, and owner Natalya called. The conversation centered almost entirely on the late arrival. The labor we ended up doing and the unfinished kitchen and refrigerator were never really engaged with. When we raised how inexperienced the crew seemed, we were told they had more than 10 years of experience, which flatly contradicted what we had just watched. The most she offered was a $100 discount, which she described as the entire profit on the job. We have used movers several times before for larger and more complicated moves, and every one went better than this. I would not recommend this company.

Man refused to answer the phone even though he was there, three separate calls and no pick ups so we went there and tried to speak with him but he kept shaking his head no. Got my brother on the phone and he threw the phone at my wife. Had to call the corporate office that said my brother can just add my wife and I to retrieve our property but did James even recommend this course of action , of course not. We spoke to TJ a week ago who said that this would not be an issue but it seems his guy James is on some sort of loser power trip.

Sonny and Julio had us moved in 4 hours. They were animals, on how fast, and smart they worked. They didn't damage anything and took super special care of all our belongings. To top it off they were very polite, and funny. They were able to communicate with us where everything went and what needed to be done by us to keep them working. From the beginning, Rashad's communication was clear, timely, and professional. They showed up ready to work in what turned out to be one of the worst downpours we've seen--an actual atmospheric river--and still managed to keep positive attitudes the entire time. Despite the weather, they handled our belongings with care and loaded everything efficiently and securely. Total SCAM…read more Scheduled (and confirmed the day before) for arrival at 9am to help my parents load a UHaul. 9am comes and goes with no Brian or crew and no contact or response to texts or calls. Hours later he says "so so sorry we overslept - my crew ha been working such long hours and we will be there for sure." More hours go by, nothing. My father texted to tell Brian we were canceling since he still hadn't seen anyone show up or heard from him on an update at 1pm, and Brian responded with "we are still coming! My guys have been in contact and are all awake now. Realistic expectation is 3pm. We are the very best movers, and I'm really sorry for the inconvenience." Guess what- it's 5pm, and Brian and his guys still aren't here and never followed up again. This is the rudest most inconsiderate thing I could ever imagine. My poor parents waited hours and hours on these people who didn't even have the courtesy to update them or let them know they couldn't make it. My parents confirmed the time and job the day before and everything, and now are left with nothing and wasted money on equipment. This has to be a scam. Pretty disgusting person this Brian guy is. Absolutely do not trust that this person/business will show up, even if he is in contact with you up until the day before.
