Fabulous customer service, beyond anything I could have expected. With everything about my move in…read moreplace, there was a problem with my license. I was extremely upset (not at the service people) because the problem would push the date of the move back at least a week, probably two or more. One of the service reps was on the phone to the manager and had the problem cleared and my move remained on schedule. The following day the trailer was being attached to my car when it was discovered that my trailer hitch had been installed for a bike rack so the appropriate electrical work for the brake and turn signal lights had never been done. Since I'd never used the hitch or pulled a trailer before, this was another problem and, again, their customer service was outstanding. I was ready to go within a short time and I could have hugged them all for being so supportive and helpful. The manager, Robin, made everything work for me and I will forever be grateful for their efforts on my behalf. This move was especially stressful and they made it work. My husband spoke with Robyn on the phone about pricing and units--I went and looked at the units. Chose one and filled out the paperwork and we were all set! She is a wonderful person to work with and was very friendly, outgoing and accommodating! The facility is very well kept and she took a lot of time to show me our unit, show me how to use it and to have all my paperwork together and easy to store. She was very helpful and made me feel confident that we made a great decision in renting from A Storage Inn. We feel that the facility is in a safe and nice area and we feel that our household of belongings will be safe and sound until they come back home! Robyn lives very near by and is available 24/7 if there is a safety or other concern at the storage facility. We also find it very convenient that all of the units are drive-up and we are quickly able to unload are vehicles and will have a very quick clean out when our house is complete. It is a great value and the experience of working with this company has been great! We would use their services again in the future and would recommend A Storage Inn to our friends and family.
