The electrical outlets did not work, and when I asked about repairing them, I was always told it was being considered - never did get repaired. The lights always went out after 10 seconds, the place was not clean, heating was questionable - too hot or cold - no guarantees on the safety of your goods, even though you have to pay the required insurance! It is located in a homeless camp area. This is reportedly a problem, and they absolve all responsibility for anything that happens in this regard in the units! Moreover, upon new ownership, my rent increased drastically, as did the terms of renting - went from billing dates monthly to 28 days. Upon moving out, they informed me there are no prorated funds - so they have taken an extra 10 days of my rental time. My rental rate had increased by over $100 in the past 2 1/2 years. Customer service has been rude and condescending since the new ownership. There are far better, cleaner, courteous and more professional storage locations in Mission that offer prorated rentals.
