They are very friendly at this salon but maybe they're new enough that they're still learning how to run the business? We have been twice and both times the basic pedicure is okay. There is a leg massage and hot towels and stones as part of the treatment. The best part is the neck massage while drying that has disappeared from most spas after the pandemic. Three of us went together both times and we had an appointment for today but we didn't get seated together and no one ever got to my husband. He left without a pedi. That's a shame since we had a reservation for three. He was upset and while they did apologize more than once, it ruined the special spa day we had planned. read more

Had a pedicure with no polish. I pointed out to nail tech I wanted as short as possible. Nails were clipped crooked and two nails not clipped at all. This is why I pay for pedicure! Did ok job on removing dead skin, however the back of one foot could have used more work. The tech seemed uninterested in doing the work and he did the least possible. My friend and I called ahead as we knew they were closing within one hour and were told we could get our nails done. Basically, we were rushed through the gel Nail application. Did not soak my hands to properly do cuticles and were rushing us. As I am in the service industry and when it's the end of my shift lord knows I want to go home. But one should treat the last customer as if they were the first customer of the day. If they didn't want to give thorough service, then say we cannot take you as it is too close to closing time. They are always rushed and I'm not sure why they even take appointments as they are never on time. They also play musical nail techs, you won't finish your service with the same staff. It's unfortunate, when the first opened they were great, but I don't recommend wasting your time. read more

I wasn't sure what to expect when I called to make the appointment (which I would highly recommend on busy weekends)... but I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service and care that the technicians took. I got the spa pedicure - a bit pricey, but absolutely worth it!! Leo was fantastic! He gave me an incredible foot and leg massage in addition to all the care he gave my toes! I am in love with this salon! It's been a month since my gel mani and not one nail has cracked or chipped in the slightest!!! It was my first time coming here we were after hours but the owner decided to let us come in anyway so the owner and one other person gave my wife and myself pedicures I have never had a pedicure before and I was blown away by how professional and how nice and how great this place is Leo the owner is fabulous he's new in business and I recommend highly that people go and support this business and you won't be disappointed the service is over the top. read more

Recently tried them out and I am not sure what they do that's so different, but I had nails popping off within one day. One week later and I have five nails missing. I got a full set of gel.
