Then, while they were already working on my nails, they suddenly changed the price to $75 because they said it required "more work." On top of that, they asked if I wanted a massage, but did not mention that it would be an additional $20 charge. In the end, my total was $95 for a result that I was not happy with. I went back to have them fix it, and even after tipping $15, they asked for an additional tip, which felt very uncomfortable and unprofessional. I don't mind paying for good service, but changing prices in the middle of the service and pushing for extra tips is unacceptable. I left very dissatisfied and would not return.

I called that morning and got an appointment same day. I had a screenshot of what I wanted. I started off with Christine, who prepped my nails and then switched to Michael, who brought my picture to life. ( I didn't mind the switch, I had booked last minute and was just happy that they were able to accommodate me). My nails were pricey, just over $70 after a 20% tip. I must've got hit with some "extras", but I didn't ask beforehand what it would cost, so not going to ding them for that! Here I am three weeks out, no lifting or chipping. Not quite as shiney as day one, but they held up incredibly well! I definitely enjoyed the massage and the place was well kept. I'll definitely be back, but plan to ask prices beforehand this time.
