It is unfortunate that everyone else had a disappointing experience here. I suppose I lucked out, but I am glad I gave them my business. For starters, the employees were super professional and nice. Being that I have never had something monogrammed in a space like this made the experience unique. Furthermore, the lady who spoke with me was truly engaged in ensuring I got my niece a sweet gift for her 7th birthday. I opted to get a headband with my niece's name on it. The price($15 before taxes) was a bit steep, but I quickly got over it when I knew it was going to be something she would use time and time again. When monogramming, they offer different colors for the stitching aspect, different types of font styles, and sizes of the font. My niece's favorite color is light pink and purple, so I decided to follow suit with that for the headband. The store is filled with all sorts of items to get monogrammed. If you buy something from them, the monogramming is complimentary with the purchase, but if you bring in an item of your own - they decide the pricing in accordance with the work that needs to be done. Some of the Items they had for sale were beach bags, beach towels, purses, wallets, headbands, shirts, and rain jackets.There are more items, but that is what I remember off of the top of my head. The whole process was really easy. Bring in your item or buy one from them, pay, they quote you a time to come pick up the item, and leave. Straightforward. My friend and I went in there before dinner and picked up the gift thereafter. I would like to purchase from them again in the future. I really liked this place and I may or may not be embracing my southern roots by wanting monogrammed items. I never thought I would say that, but yeah - that just happened. I see that a lot of people seem to say they had a bad experience. Ours was literally the exact opposite. Before we even planned on buying anything, we sat for about 20 minutes just talking to the shop owners. These people were unbelievably nice. We talked to the gentleman about Cades Cove and he told us the story of how he ended up visiting Gatlinburg and never leaving. We then spoke with the lady and just talked about our puppies for a while. We then bought a food bowl for our puppy and it came out super awesome. Personally, we thought the experience was very relaxing and fun. We will definitely be heading back on our next trip!! read more

Have been in this store countless times and bought stuff. Was just in there last week before Thanksgiving and the staff was rude. In the past also the embroidery was included for a certain amount of characters but not this time. Had a I known it was going to cost extra this time and that they now charge for using a card I wouldn't have bought anything. I will not be going back the next time I'm in Gatlinburg. read more

Place had a lot of unique gifts and we ended up purchasing some Christmas stockings but the cashier was so rude to us and acted liked she was doing us a favor. She was completely rude. Did not appreciate that, if we hadn't already paid for the stockings we would have taken our business elsewhere! read more

I purchased two sweatshirts, both priced at $36.99, but when I looked at my receipt, they rang up at $39.99. I told the cashier about the mistake but told that another employee had mismarked some merchandise. Since that wasn't my fault, I wanted them to honor their price. She said she would have to call the owner and after talking to her, I was told that the owner wouldn't honor it either. Another employee had mismarked it and that wasn't their fault. I have shopped in this store several other times but I will never step foot in it again! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Will tell everyone I know about my experience! read more

Very disappointed...would give no stars if that were an option! We bought several items (sweatshirts, headbands, bookmarks, rain coats, pencil pouches....loaded up early for Christmas) and all turned out just fine, except one. We had a sweatshirt that the logo was slightly off center. We did not inspect it when we went in to pick up our items....should have! My sister in law went back the next day and showed it to the only worker "Brandon", after much go around, he finally agreed to redo the monogram but needed me to go in for the order. I drove back the next day (and actually had a list of other items we planned to purchase for birthdays) but was told by Brandon that the "owners" said the monogram was correct color on correct item and they would not reprint! Did not matter that it was off center! Only a $34 sweatshirt and we felt that for all the other money we had spent as well as our time driving to and from the store (half hour each way), they should have corrected the item. As, I said we did not inspect it when we picked it up but nor were we told to....just handed the bag and off we went! I asked for manager (there is none) and then asked for owners contact (they don't give that out) so I left my number and name....four days later, no call! Customer service is severely lacking! Wish I had read reviews before giving them so much of our money!! read more
