Gatlinburg Mobility Scooter Rentals made the tine so much easier for my mom. One call and I was able to make the reservation and pay for the rental ( which was beyond fair and included delivery and pick up to and from the Embassy Suites). They were punctual even though we were late. Delivered a very nice and well maintained scooter, were very friendly and the device operated perfectly. Thank you to the gentleman that we worked with. My mom was able to keep up with all the fun including the 10 great grand children who are all under the age on 9. if you are in need of this type of service I can't imagine you would look any further than Gatlinburg Mobility. Upon arriving, I won't lie, I was a bit skeptical. Those green lights lining the windows gave off a vibe I don't normally find myself with, but I'm so glad that we decided to check this out. First off, the staff that helped us was so helpful, so informative, and so nice. I know a little about CBD oil and the products it encompasses, but she really helped to educate me further and helped steer me in the right direction of what products I should and shouldn't be looking out for. I decided to purchase some CBD oil for my pup who has some major separation anxiety. She also has some anxiety-filled pups, so she suggested a type. So far, it's been working great! My friend also went with her suggestion, and so far, it's seemed to help clear up the pain! They have it all - oils, candies, creams, body products, accessories, and more. I couldn't recommend this place anymore. Of course, it's going to be on the higher prices of things (by a few dollars), but the education and help you get from the staff is worth those extra dollars spent, ensuring you're getting high quality products and not wasting your money! The mechanical condition of the vehicle was concerning throughout our rental. In addition to the check engine light and burning oil, we had significant difficulty shifting gears and at times could barely get the UTV into gear. By the end of our trip, we were genuinely concerned about whether we would make it back to the rental location without experiencing a breakdown. The pickup location was a rundown motel property, which was unexpected and concerning. The overall operation felt disorganized, and communication with staff was difficult. We planned to discuss our concerns when we returned the UTV. However, despite returning it during posted business hours, the office was locked and the lights were off, leaving us with no opportunity to speak with staff about the vehicle's condition. When you're driving mountain roads with your family, the last thing you want is to wonder whether the vehicle is mechanically sound. We paid premium prices and received a vehicle that felt far from premium. There are many rental companies in the area, and based on our experience, I would look elsewhere.
