I had 10 days to have this done so I called Tony and he said no problem. 2 weeks no service. I called him and he said he'd call the state and get an extention. Ok. Since then I have called him 8 times talking to him 4 times. Tony told me each time they would be here on a certain day, but never showed up or even called. This is 62 days. I just talked to him and he said he's a busy man but he wasn't to busy when I needed a $2,000 AC. He said he apologized and said I could get someone else. I'll probably have to pay a fine. My furnace went out on a 10 degree December day, and they sent someone out within 20 minutes of my phone call. Granted, I do live in Hancock, but I thought that was extremely prompt. Two gentleman tried to fix the ancient furnace, but when they decided it was best to get a new one (and I agreed) they had one in stock and hooked it up that same day! In addition to that, they not only brought over space heaters to hold me over until the heat came but helped me to get them all set up. The price wasn't a bargain, but it was definitely fair. I will definitely use Byron for any of my furnace needs in the future.
