Instead, Josh missed a few times during a month, and when I called him out on it, he simply said he was out of town during the weekend. He stopped answering my calls or returning voicemails. He also was incredibly arrogant and rude to me. In addition, while plowing my drive he knocked over my snow sticks...which isn't that big of a deal, but he then just left them and didn't bother to get out and pick them up. He also would pile up snow on my neighbor's sidewalks. Needless to say I won't be going back. I'm not accustomed to such arrogance, disrespect, and laziness out of a Yooper. I think Josh is a capable guy, but his customer service skills need improvement. And honestly, my parents were looking to find someone in the area for work...so he lost out on a much bigger job by messing this up.

Additionally, the owner, Josh Bennett, is a nice guy who wants to help people-he offered us suggestions to help us meet our house selling needs as well. Their prices are competitive, they are licensed and bonded, and they do various other jobs (contracting, mowing, etc.) that we will be contacting them for in the future. Not sure if they are still interested in staying in business…read more When called, the voicemail box was full. When messages are left, they do not return calls. I understand it was a busy season fixing up houses after the Father's Day flooding, but, all I did was call to arrange for an estimate for some additional work that still needs to be done to one of my houses. Perhaps it would at some point be a rental to those who were displaced. But, not now. Anyway, we had windows installed last summer, still waiting for the serial numbers for the warranty that we paid for - the numbers are located within the window sash, not easy to see without removing the windows. Over the past three months, I have left voice messages and sent emails to Mike, still no response. The people who run this company do not have the common decency to return calls. They kept the keys for the house for the winter and did not return them until we asked about it. Still have a moisture problem on the interior of the windows even though the house is now heated. When we contacted them about it last year, they said it was because the house wasn't heated. Would not recommend this company.
