I utilized U-Pack in April, 2022 for moving a variety of fragile, non-fragile and furniture Estate items from AZ to ND and had an excellent experience with this company and at a very reasonable price. The closing of a family Estate from out of state is a very difficult task and this company alleviated many of the oversight concerns I had going into this long-distance move. In my extensive online research, I found U-Pack to be the only US-wide moving company that accommodates a broad range of pick-up and freight delivery needs and destinations and is among the few that provide steel containers or trucks that are easily secured (with your own padlock); your freight remains safe and secure, untouched by others, for the entire distance. All of the other state-to-state movers have fewer service hubs that are located only in big cities, shuffle items from one truck and storage facility to another (causing damages stated in online reviews), provide only flimsy plywood boxes with tarping, or have pricing that is far above the costs with U-Pack. The U-Pack containers and trucks have welded steel tie-downs to secure the freight with strapping and with careful professional or self-packing, items arrive just as they were when placed in the shipping container(s). Every single communication, from the ArcBest HQ to the origination and destination hubs were friendly, helpful, informative, and professional. They readily accommodated my need to change the contracted shipping containers, drew up and sent a new contract and changed the containers out, at no additional cost, all accomplished with a few friendly phone calls and email updates. I received freight updates via email throughout the pick-up, shipping and delivery process and the destination hub was flexible in timing my unloading the freight, another very helpful aspect of this experience. Keep in mind that you may need to purchase additional insurance for coverage on costly or precious items and that for packing, the U-Pack cubes are oriented more toward vertical height than horizontal length/width when you're deciding which option to choose for moving furniture; all of the dimensions and contract terms are easily located on their website. The sole caveat is that items require ample protective padding and diligence in packing and tie-down, due to no air suspension systems on the trucks, making for a bumpy ride. All told, this is a great freight moving company that understands true customer service. Thank you, U-Pack, for your excellent customer service and for making a difficult task far easier than it would have been, had I even been able to choose any other long-distance moving company. Do not trust this so-called moving company with anything of value! They destroyed half of my personal belongings (26 foot truck) then refused to take responsibility for the extensive damage. Their driver apparently ran off the road but since there was no proof (except for my ruined furniture) U-Pack would not step up and pay for their drivers mistake. This company is horrible. This is the second time they dumped a trailer in our community. We have no parking on the streets. They'll leave them for days until we arrange a tow truck. The homeowners are stuck with fines. They claim their drivers wouldn't know about such things (like no parking signs). Next time, we tow them. They might learn when it costs them $1500 to get their POS AR trailer out of Impound with their customers stuff in it. BEWARE of these guys, they don't know their own business. read more

My actual move has not happened yet, but I wanted to write a review of the U-Pack's general customer service. I had some upsetting interruptions yesterday which were caused by my condo association, and the U-PACK representatives were helpful, patient and kind. I don't remember all of the names over several panicked calls, but Matt, Alberto, and Ashley come to mind off the top of my head. I must add that ANY time I have ever called U-PACK over the last few months, they have been great - every person, every time. I am most grateful, and anticipate an excellent moving experience. I was a repeat customer to U-Pack and am having an absolutely terrible experience with them. The information they gave me for for both ends of my move was inaccurate and caused me to have to find (and pay for) last minute full moving services twice within a week. Parking wasn't actually possible for either location even though when I was booking I was told more than once that it's all "fine." They also have terrible customer service to resolve the problems. Go with the full service mover! U-Pack is a disaster and not worth the heartache and stress. I would not recommend them to anyone. read more

Don't use this company! They are the worst company I've ever dealt with. To help out my friend, I called them to get a simple price quote and list of services they offer, but their company's policy doesn't allow that, because I am not the owner of the goods, therefore they refused to give me a quote. WTF is wrong with you idiots? Here I am about to give them business, and they hang up on me. Smells fishy, unreliable, totally unprofessional, not worth it. Do not recommend them! My advise find someone else. By the way, the two specialist I spoke with, gave me some crap about how they are not allowed to get 3rd party involved in using their service, the funny thing is - they are the ones who use 3rd party moving companies to do their packing and moving services; unfortunately for them, they use the cheapest and most unreliable companies that damage their clients' goods and property. Staff were friendly answering questions via their awesome website and over the phone. Went ahead and booked, made some changes via email. No problem, I work with disabled students all day so calling companies can be tough. Then.....I sit down to read the contract they emailed me. Turns out they are going to subcontract my move to estes express. No problem....then I get to thinking, why not check booking straight with estes? If it is just a bit cheaper I will stick with upack, as they have been great. 28 foot trailer, Santa Rosa CA to Portland, OR Abf: $4500 Estes: $1500 Whoa! That is crazy. I email upack and ask for a price adjustment, I am not paying 3k to have a middle man. I will pay a bit more for upacks backing but not triple the price. Previous emails were replied to within hours.....all of a sudden I am ignores. I get it, I discovered the abf dirty little secret. Finally a supervisor emails me, insists on talking over the phone so he can be "flexible on price". I ask for specifics, he refuses. He claims abf insurance is better, I point out from their own contract it is not. He says abf has better customer service. If that is worth three thousand dollars, then I must have "sucker"written on my forehead. He again asks me to call him. I outed their rip off with their own words. I cancel and book direct with Estes suremove, who has incredibly nice service. FYI they also subcontract to Old Dominion, who is also cheaper. read more

I used the ABF U-Pack option of having the truck delivered to my home (major, dense, East Coast city) and sent to the ABF truck terminal in my destination city (smaller, more spacious West Coast city.) Overall, the process went completely smooth. The truck driver arrived when he was scheduled to arrive. We loaded the truck with what we had packed ourselves. The truck arrives empty, and you load your stuff in the very back of a clean empty truck. There are large boards/bars included in the truck that you block off your stuff with, and you provide your own lock so no one else can get in. Then they load the truck up with a commercial shipment (so your things don't get mixed up with other personal movers) and send it off. We signed the paperwork and he left, and I was able to track the truck's progress online. The driver was friendly and personable. The truck arrived on time, in its estimated delivery window. I was charged exactly my estimate, no extra or hidden fees (well I did tip the driver who picked up my stuff, but that was TOTALLY optional - I chose to do it and it was never asked for or expected). It was $1,722 for an east coast to west coast move in snowy January, using 5' of truck space (5' out from the back of the truck using the entire width/height of the truck - I was able to fit a small one bedroom's worth of things within just 3' of the truck but they have a minimum 5' charge.) On the receiving end, the staff at ABF were also very helpful and efficient. If I had needed to store my things in the truck, there would have been 2 free days of storage, then either $50/day for short term storage after the first 2 days, or something like $400 a month. Thankfully I didn't need to use the storage option but it was nice to have it available. Overall I was really scared of moving cross country as I had heard so many terrifying stories about every single company. But this U-Pack/ABF option worked really well for me. It wasn't the cheapest company I found, but with their reliability and honestly I would use them again and recommend to anyone. read more

GREAT for relocating. We had to pack my son off to college a couple of years ago, and U-Pack made it SO easy! Once again, he needed to move his things, and they were super-responsive. Quick service, very responsive. I always felt like they addressed any concerns and gave me great detailed info about how the whole process works. Moving is stressful, and ABF helped make our cross-country move less stressful. We used 5 relo-cubes. ABF customer service was excellent; they helped us throughout the move. They accommodated our request to have one cube delivered, two stored long-term, and two available for us to unload at their local facility. They were clear about rates (which are significantly cheaper than a full-service move), and showed up on time. The only thing to consider when using this type of service is to make sure that you have a flat space to deliver the cube(s) for packing and unpacking, which may be tricky in some cities. read more

And they DO deliver in the time they claim and can even hold off on delivery of things up to three days or so for free!! Very accommodating and helpful!! They can even pick up on the same day you call it in (conditions apply)!!! Not only that but it's awesome!!! You ONLY PAY for the SPACE YOU USE which is not set in stone until you're fully loaded & it's picked up, weight is not a factor. The trailer is a 8'6" wide x 9' tall and 28' possibility of depth, but you use what you need (minimum of 5' deep). MUCH cheaper than any movers by a lot... superb on services!!! I TOTALLY RECOMMEND THEM!! ONLY THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND.... 1) Be sure to get your "Rights and Responsibilities" pamphlet as required to do so by law. They may have it online. 2) BEFORE booking the pick up date, find out if parking the trailer will be an issue either on street or driveway (need 40' space (trailer & ramp) & it's very, very tall, won't fit under a garage). You may have to call police department to verify if ok to park on street. I had room in Buffalo, but my destination was a concern. Talk to ABF if no room on driveway and parking of trailer on street is not allowed. They may be able to help you out. They did w/ me. :) 3) LIABILITY IS VERY LIMITED as you're the one loading/unloading!! So pack your things VERY well. (tons of cushion & reinforcement in boxes) 4) THINGS YOU'LL NEED: a) WORK GLOVES (for putting up the bulkhead, which may be splitting and can give you splinters, plus it's dirty-- and also for moving the ramp?) b) DOLLY & STEP STOOL (if you yourself are doing the loading/unloading) c) TIE MATERIALS SUCH AS ROPE & TARP (to tie your stuff up so it doesn't fall. I did a web w/ the trailer holes (forget terminology) and the rope. EVERYTHING fell & shifted, even as tight as I thought I had it, but the web held it from going any further. Stuff does get dusty. Doesn't appear that way but it is dusty, especially noticeable on plastics. d) BIKE CHAIN AND/OR LOCK for securing the door while loading (if you don't do it all in one day or if you need to run out for something). They don't provide locks you can use. e) ANOTHER PERSON- The ramp is very heavy (esp. for a petite girl) and to put the bulkhead up to divide your stuff from the rest of the future cargo they load... you may need 2 people. We used UPack to move from Idaho to Arkansas. The entire process went smoothly. Associates that I spoke with over the phone were courteous and knowledgeable. The time given for pick-up and drop-off were on time. The moving time of my cube was an exceptional time considering the distance of my move. The Fayetteville UPack associate, Tim, that dropped off my cube was exceedingly friendly. All of my belongings we intact and did not have any damage. I only wish there were a sixth star. U-Pack deserves it! I was assigned the task of consolidating my fathers 2500 sqft rural home and moving him to a 600 sqft apartment in Orange County Ca. I live in Chicago and he lived in Washington. It took me three weeks and I could not have done it without ABF U-Pack Moving. Every U-Pack representative - from sales consultant to dispatcher to truck driver - was kind, patient, understanding, helpful (Heck. It was if they all subscribe to the Boy Scout Law). They allowed me flexibility. When the trailer was dropped, I had several day to load the trailer. I NEEDED that because I had no idea what I would find when I arrived in Washington. I presorted, boxed and staged before the trailer arrived. I needed every minute I was allowed to get what was needed on the trailer. In fact, I was loading the last box as the pick-up driver arrived. I has NO idea how much space I needed. We (the U-Pack Rep and I) estimated 500 cubic feet but, I didn't know if Dad would want one more special chair or one more box of mementos. U-Pack gave us that flexibility. If we needed more space we could take it ( approx 72 cuft at a time) at a VERY reasonable cost (LESS than shipping two moving boxes via UPS or Fedex) Dispatch for drop off and pick up were amazing. The driver was so helpful and considerate. Dispatch on delivery end was equally good and delivery driver was like a family member, calling me in Chicago from SoCal to assure me that Dad was safetly unpacked. Whoever hires and trains the staff at U-Pack - Thank you. Job well done. To the dozen U-Pack associates I worked with, Job Well Done - Thank you! On my next move, I'm using U-Pack and I'd recommend them to anyone. I just read the negative reviews for U-Pack. Evidence against natural selection. If you are a good and careful packer, if you want good, logical customer service, if you can load a truck by yourself and if you want it deliverd safely, call U-Pack. I had special challenges. I was moving from a rural area and U-Pack gladly serviced that area when others would not. I needed flexibility. They provided that. I added a rider on my homeowners insurance ($35) because ABF is not in the business of insuring home moves. (by the way, not one scratch on any furniture, not one thing broken of damaged - still I think $35 was well spent. Plus, I've discovered that I'm a darned good packer.) I wanted to pack belongings in boxes and the truck myself. ABF has been a trusted freight hauler in my business and I did not ask them, nor expect them to be a 'house packer-uppers.' They move(d) my freight safely and efficiently, as they have always done. I did not require short or long term storage nor did I ask idiotic advice like, 'What is safe to store in the hot Dallas sun?" (Duh, you might not want to store wax candles and because any service organization expects you to be reasonable and semi-intelligent and make these kinds of decisions for yourself is no reason for criticism. Good customer service does not equate to expecting others to make logical decisions for you.) I do not expect my bank or my doctor to be open for business on Sunday. Why would anyone expect that ABF is available 24/7? For me, they were available 12/6 - darned good in my estimation. In terms of estimated times for delivery and pick-up, U-Pack was spot on. They dropped the trailer 5 minutes after their first estimated time, picked up 15 minutes before their first estimated pick-up time and delivered 20 minutes after their first estimated pick-up time. Not like Comcast or ATT. One of the reasons I"d rate them a six on a scale of 0-5. Bottom line. If you want to pack your belongings in boxes and on a truck by yourself and you want your belongings delivered safely and efficiently and you want to deal with the nicest customer service reps ever, call ABF U-Pack. mwr read more

It is my first time moving with a moving company, so I had a lot of reservations. I really liked being able to just pack up my car and move cross country, out west, or down the block. But this time, I've acquired more things, and my boyfriend and I are both making the trip up north together, so we needed to find a moving company- and quickly. We called a bunch of places, and it was clear that U-Pack was for us. All we did is pack up a relo-cube, which is about 8ft by 6ft, and housed all of the things we could possibly cram in it. It's waiting in storage for us, to be dropped off at our doorstep when we move up to our new home. We actually requested 2 cubes, but only needed 1 and U-Pack was cool enough to just have us pay for 1. They said they'd rather drop both off then have to bring us another one. This was very appreciated. I would highly recommend U-Pack, they were much less $$ than anyone else we could find, including Door to Door, and they made moving seem like it could be fun- almost. The only downfall is that once your stuff is in the cube it's in there, you have no option to get things out, but if you know this ahead of time usually it's not a big deal. read more

If I'd been giving this review about 1.5 hours earlier, I would have given it 2.5/3 stars. I moved from Canada to Texas with them. They are better priced than PODS and the actual set up of the company we liked. It was convenient and less expensive than I expected. Mistakes were made (I'll get to those in a minute) but we had dealt with pretty friendly people, so we were almost willing to just let it go and move on, mostly content. But then, after filling out a Survey (about those mistakes) I received one of the most condescending and sarcastic CS emails of my life. My trailer was picked up 9:00am on the 10th of August. IT was set to go out that night to Buffalo. I double checked all my immigration/border forms with the driver. He was very nice, told me he had everything he needed and took my American cell phone (we left for the states immediately after trailer pick up) to call me if there were ANY problems. We drove off feeling free and excited. Three days later, I'm in Dallas, a day away from my final destination near San Antonio and I call U-Pack because I couldn't remember my tracking number. That is when i find out that, for 3 days, my trailer was sitting in the Toronto ABF location because they didn't have a copy of my husband's passport photo (full disclosure, i found the checklist a bit confusing. It said a VISA was needed for non-Americans. I did not know he also needed a passport picture and the driver said he had everything he needed). Okay, fine. I get that they can't leave without all the info. BUT, why would you not call me to tell me you needed it so that I could fax it ASAP? In fact, they never called at all, and who knows HOW LONG it would have sat in Toronto until they got around to letting me know? So, I get to Texas and have nothing. Fine, i get it. This sort of thing happens, and there is no use freaking out about it now. It's done. So I wait and wait and wait. My mom came from Indiana to Texas to help me move. Due to the delay, I had to pay for more days in her rental car, had to buy air mattresses so we had a place to sleep, blah blah blah. We played the waiting game. FINALLY, on the 19th I called teh San Antonio location at the crack of dawn after following the tracking and finding out it was here. They informed me no one could bring it to me that day. Frustrated, my mom got on the phone. After SEVERAL calls and negotiations they brought it the 19th after 6:00pm. For those of you keeping up, that was NINE days later and that is ONLY because i advocated for myself to 1) get it shipped out of Toronto and 2) delivered to me ASAP. It adds up to 7 business days if you don't include the 10th (which you should because it was picked up at 9:00am, but whatever). Without having made those calls and negotiations, it is a fact that it would have been delivered on the 20th (or later...almost certainly) which would have been well past 7 business days even excluding the 10th. When it DID get here, they charged me for 17 feet when i clearly only used 13 and it was clearly noted and marked by BOTH drivers at 13 feet. Again, i kept my cool because the customer service people rectified the mistake. That is until i got an email that literally said: "I'm sorry your trailer didn't get there as quickly as you'd hoped". This email was condescending in the extreme. It was rude and sarcastic. They do not take ownership for mistakes and do not even apologize for obvious inconvenience. I wouldn't recommend them. SPend a little more and go with PODS or hire a full service mover. I'm telling you, if you have a problem, they will feign no fault. Terrible customer service. They literally turned someone who would recommend them with reservation to someone who will ardently campaign against them in one email. read more

ABF U-Pack Moving is the most crooked and dreadful business I have ever dealt with in my life. We relied on them to move everything we own from Atlanta to Ohio and then store our belongings till we found a house. Nine months later when they delivered everything, 1/4 of all of our stuff was ruined due to mold and water damage. Their trailer had a large hole in the ceiling that they had patched with duct tape and let it sit for the entire time it was in storage. The "contract" we signed did not give us another option for coverage except for "standard" which only covers $.10 per lb of what was ruined. Therefore the glider my parents had custom made for me when my first born baby was born that cost $800 - ABF would give me $20 for it. Also no where on the contract did it say anything about our items being ruined by knowingly dysfunctional equipment. I understand that they will not reimburse for items damaged due to travel. But I was trusting them that my stuff would be safely and dryly transported and stored and paid them a ton of $$ to do so - but instead they haphazardly covered up a hole in their trailer with duct tape. Having no respect for my belonging, the money I was paying them for this service, or themselves as a company. Please never ever hire them for any of your moves. It will only result in thousands of additional dollars spent in addition to needing to replace all of your ruined belongings. read more

I recently used MoveBuilder/ABF U-Pack moving and would strongly recommend against using this service. Many of my furniture pieces were damaged in the move to some degree. One set of shelves was destroyed. The only insurance that that was made available to me was $0.30 per pound, so I chose not to deal with the trouble of trying to get any money back. The relo cube model did not work well for me and was a major hassle. They left the moving crates at my moving destination over a period of 5 days after the initial drop off. I had to call multiple times for them to pick up the crates before they finally did (they kept postponing the pick up time). Customer service was horrible in my opinion. Wait times on the phone reached 15 minutes, and the representatives were generally not very helpful. read more

After telling me that they could change my estimated moving price at any time because I didn't have a confirmed reservation, it turned out that they had made a reservation for me (without my consent, after I had specifically told them that we were going with another company). They then claimed that the reservation had been confirmed the whole time. This is easily the shadiest moving company I've ever dealt with. If I hadn't gotten suspicious about how many emails they were sending me, I wouldn't have called and they would have charged me thousands of dollars for a product I never consented to purchase. read more

Warning! Do not use. I originally chose this company because I used ABF in business. I mistakenly thought that their business resources would make them a good moving company. Unfortunately, my move from FL to CA was a disaster. I found that they deliberately under estimate the number of containers and make promises of discounts if more containers are needed. They originally estimated one container and it took THREE! Not my estimate, but theirs. They promised a substantial discount for the error. Never got it. Customer service will not return calls, they are ill trained and rude. My shipment was nearly a week late from their absolute drop dead promise. They promised compensation for hotel and meal expenses, never happened. Their sister operation of MoveBuilder is even worse. They called and informed me that they were on the way with my containers and I had to tell them that their website says the shipment is in Texas on a train. Oops, they didn't know that. Amazing, they thought that they could deliver containers that they don't have. Their up charges came to over $3,000.00 over the original estimate. They charged our debit card long before delivery so I had little option to contest the highway robbery. I had three other bids that were all about even at the original quote. My mistake was to select this horrible company. Several furniture items that they were responsible to wrap and pad were all but destroyed. You will never receive a claim form to file. I could go on and on about their poor service, communication, and delivery but I think I have fairly portrayed the sub quality service, communication, and performance of this company. read more

Edited: After reading this review and several others, the company proceeded to contact me to offer a solution to the problem once a manager was involved. They offered to find another company to come pick up my things, which was much appreciated, but it was a little too late as I had already booked another company. At least they tried... so they get one more star for that. NO. NO. NO. Booked a July 6th move from Boston to South Carolina in April 2015 -- received confirmation emails and everything looked great. U-Pack called on June 24th to inform me that they couldn't service my area and that I could drive 1.5 hours with all my stuff to their warehouse to load it myself and I could have $300 off. You're kidding right? I have spent the last week calling every moving company in the city and will now have to pay 4X the amount because it is a last minute out of state move. They waited 3 months to tell me the week before the move that they couldn't accommodate my move. So apparently a confirmation email was worth absolutely nothing and no one even looked at my reservation until 1 week before it was supposed to happen. I used two ABF relo-cubes to move from NorCal to their HQ state. Drivers were great at drop off, I was not present for pick up. The cubes are TALL and fit a Queen bed set sofa, end tables 2 PAX closets glass doors, coffee tables, storage boxes and so much more. Save your pillows and blankets and trash bags to fill empty space. 2nd cube held totes, boxes and other catch alls. Overall quick and easy but I removed a star because ABF Upack took my cubes before I was done packing, allegedly at the call from Manager at my apartment. I paid for these cubes, they were parked on a public street w/out restrictions. Someone blocked the doors by parking too closely so my couch couldn't be loaded. We came back and they were gone, inconvenient and ignorant, if the contract contact didn't call why the hell would they move my cubes. It dislodged my items, nothing broke but that's more time repacking due to ABFs ignorance. Manager claims they didn't call ABF. Regardless I have my stuff, and would use them again, that inconvenience is unforgivable so use caution. read more

UPDATE: Abf WILL PAY NOTHING, zero for my $15,000 in damage of furniture that they are responsible for. I've filed a complaint with the BBB and have had to hire an attorney. Use this company at your own risk. My family has been left without furniture thanks to ABF U-Pack. We hired them to move our house hold furniture and items from Charleston, SC to the Houston, TX area. What a disaster! Our furniture looks like it went through a tornado. Nothing was unloaded that wasn't broken, scuffed up or completely destroyed. Glass was shattered everywhere. Our amish furniture completely scraped up. $3000 Kitchen table- legs busted in half. Desk legs busted in half. Grandma's antique china that was packed with tons of bubble wrap- shattered. Our amish bed- bed header split down the middle. I could go on for hours describing the MASSIVE DAMAGE. Worst part- I have yet to get a response from my claim and I may have to hire an attorney to get some reasonable compensation. I used ABF U-Pack because of epinions and am highly disappointed. I even hired their recommended loaders and unloaders. I'm not sure if the truck was in an accident or just hit every pot hole that they could find. Terry from claims says that I'll get a response- I'll update this posting with the results and hopefully ABF with take some accountability for completely destroying everything my family owns. I'm sure the damage was in excess of $15,000 probably a lot more. I'll let you know what they offer as a settlement. Still waiting for an answer from claim Rep Terry Smith. I've been trying to contact ABF for a few weeks but my emails have gone unanswered thus far. I'm beginning to believe that it will be necessary to seek an attorney. I'll update as to which direction I proceed. Also I checked the BBB site to see if the company has had any complaints. I am pleasantly impressed. I required a smaller container than those provided by PODS and SAMS. ABF fit the bill with a 8x6x7 container. Subsequently, the cost of the container and shipping was over $1000 less. My conversations with ABF reps were always professional, pleasant and helpful. They even advised that it was less expensive to have the container delivered mid-week and that I could keep it over the adjacent weekend. I wasn't sure if I required one or two containers and they volunteered two containers; if I only used one they would pick up the empty container and there was no charge. The containers were delivered exactly when ABF said they would be delivered. I loaded a little each day and managed to jam everything into one container. I called ABF Friday to tell them that the container would be ready Monday and they returned at the prescribed time. I left town the next day for a four day drive. Before I arrived at my new location, the container was already at the ABF terminal in the new city. I called the local ABF dispatcher on the weekend to request a Monday morning delivery and sure enough early Monday morning ABF delivered. A couple of side notes...I packed carefully and consequently there was no damage to anything. Also note that during my drive I passed an ABF transport rig and I was reassured to see that the individual containers are enclosed inside covered trailers safe from thieves and the elements. Abf upack is awesome, although the help they offer from their site through moving staffers was not available in my area for the loading, but did for the unloading, So I searched in Central Illinois, I found Http://www.rentaltruckhelp.com ( www rentaltruckhelp com ) to my surprise the same guys, use a site that has some of the same help as moving staffers and had a crew to help load in central illinois, an had help where I was unloading, an was alot cheaper, they just get paid direct, no middleman, so i saved more, I'm glad i found them, it was the same crew that would have unloaded me, an guess what i save a 100 dollars by just getting them through. rentaltruckhelp so overall, i made a great decision by using abf upack, and choosing to get help on my own.
