I have had two repairs done on my automobile. The first one was a steering wheel pump. The pump that they acquired from the manufacture failed and they were friendly and quickly replaced and repaired the one that they were given.. quickly replace with a friendly smile though I know they they do not like having to do the work the second time...No complaints were given what they did to work with a big smile. I just bought tires from Costco and needed a Front end alignment plus I needed my right front tire lug nut had be frozen and needed to be totally replaced. They did it swiftly and a well done job. I thought it should be noted that I am disabled/Air Force vet & a California law enforcement officer ..I use to bike 25-40 a day. Mother Nature has been cruel I am unable to walk properly they were very helpful with my situation and help me to move to and from my automobile ...I thought the work and the charges they provided me were very accurate and proper repairs needed to have done. I am from Texas and in Florida due to Hurricane Irma and found these guys by accident. After going by several shops and being told it would be 2 days or more before they could get to me, I was headed to another shop and ended up walking into SWFL Experts Automotive by accident. I told them my concerns and they went with me on a test drive and surprise surprise I couldn't replicate my drivability concern. I left my vehicle with them which they promptly got on the rack only to get a call 30 minutes later. Bill said he found my problem and would prefer it if I would come by and looked before he proceeded with the repairs. When I arrived, Elias, his son, showed and walked me over what was going on. Bill worked out using a salvage front differential and didn't price gouge me on parts markup on the other front end components. Elias worked all night getting everything ready so the pickup would be done before the Thanksgiving holiday. I am truly blessed to have found these guys, I come from a mechanic background and have seen shops do some shady things. No shop is perfect and everyone will make mistakes, but I can assure that the HONESTY AND INTEGRITY of this father, son shop will not let you down.
