I was bringing in over $50k and wanted to take it to a small time bank because I know that much money would help them more than a big national bank. They actually told me they were too understaffed to help me and flat out wouldn't. There was one other customer in this branch, they're acting like it takes hours to open an account. I was cracking up. They recommended I go to another branch. So, as I type this, I'm unfortunately sitting in a Citi branch waiting to open an account. It's frustrating for sure, but I can't believe a bank would flat out refuse a $50k deposit like that. That was one of the craziest things I'd ever experienced. Definitely avoid this lazy bank. There isn't much parking around the entrance of the bank but the few times I've come here getting a parking spot is no problem. It is never busy when I have come. Inside is pretty spacious and so clean. The times I've gone, I've never seen a staff member at the front desk but regardless the staff in their offices have always greeted me and wished me a good day. I love the booths where we can make a payment with the staff member who pops up on the screen. And if you want privacy i think there is a sliding door. Its always been in and out for me.

Ups - because the workers are always ready to help us when we need help, the lines have never taken long and the location isn't too bad either. Downs - for years they have had the same workers and sometimes someone leaves, but when someone new comes, they all act professional and are extremely helpful. Originally when we first signed up to this bank it was because they were attached to Walmart and open on Saturdays. After Tri Counties Bank pulled out of Walmart and wasn't open on Saturday anymore, it was kind of a bummer for us because the whole point of signing on was for the convenience of the bank being open on Saturdays. Anyway, I believe we have been banking with Tri Counties Bank for 10yrs now and after being with them that long, I now feel it's personable and we feel at home. Everyone there is extremely friendly and I don't see myself pulling away from this bank unless we moved away from the area. The plus side on the account that I have is that I can use my debit card anywhere and if there are any fees then Tri Counties reimburses us for the fees. They have different types of accounts, so if you decide to bank with Tri Counties, then you gotta weigh the pros and cons and compare it to the other guys.
