I received a Riverview Bank flyer in the mail that read, "thinking about switching banks?" and I saw it as a sign. Walking into this bank is like stepping back in time in the best possible way. Friendly staff members greet you as soon as you walk in the door. They are so cheerful and helpful that I feel as though I am in a Disney movie. They seem to know all their customers by name and take time to converse with them. They may be the only business on the planet that uses the slogan, "It's all about you." Kyle H., Hannah, Brody, and Julia have been friendly, communicative, and proactive in assisting us in our banking needs. All the staff members are wonderful. They also answer the phone when you call....no annoying phone trees or having to leave a message and wait for a call back at the company's convenience. It has been years since I've felt that a bank cared about its customers and made relationship-building a priority. I don't know why I didn't switch sooner to a local, hometown bank, but better late than never!
