I cannot express how happy I am that I made the change and how thankful I am to work with bankers who actually take pride in what they do and prioritize servicing their clients. I bank at the branch in Orange and deal with Dania M primarily and Karina K occasionally. Both ladies are an absolute pleasure to work with. Each is customer care oriented and customer retention minded. They go above and beyond to make sure my team is taken care of. I cannot recommend First Pacific Bank and this branch (especially because of Dania and Karina) enough. Stop wasting your time and energy with the big banks and give First Pacific Bank a call!!

No complaints from me.. other reviewers must have been having a bad day Sadly today I closed my account with Chase because the corporate call centers couldn't get my account right and continuously charged me account fees without cause.
