ALL of my dealings with HSBC are fraught with anxiety and fear as there is NO personalized or premier treatment of my and my accounts. The only time I hear from them is when they are trying to sell me something. Whenever problems arise, even ones created by them, it is a complete nightmare to resolve. Based on my experience, it seems you would have to be a very high net worth client (above $20 million) n order to get any sort of decent and professional treatment. I do not trust that they will take care of me, nor that they have my best interest at the forefront of their mission. Hence, why I get so anxious and stressed when an issue arises. The customer support here has literally been poorer than every bank I've ever done business with (which is over 10).
