I was told that I needed to bring in a social security card for each of them instead of a driver's license. I have no problem with that, but it was the dull and unfriendly demeanor of the teller and desk staff that was disappointing. Very unmotivated. As we walked out the door, my daughter said to me, "Wow! Not toooo friendly there. I wouldn't want an account there." My son agreed. Imagine how they are with people who already have an account established. This is why I have banked with Discover for over 10 years. We went down the road to Regions to experience better service.

This location has the friendliest and most helpful staff. They are very informative, and quick at handling your financial needs. I've found that I prefer a credit union over any other regular bank and this one takes the cake. Also, on a side note this credit union creates ATM / debit cards for you on the spot and you can have them custom themed.... just something a little cool.
