Everyone is so kind, patient and makes sure I am not needing help with any other transactions before I leave. It typically takes them longer for my deposits because it's not my bank. They still are patient! They also do events and they are loads of fun. The last one I attended had bounce houses, face painting and a balloon artist! I went into Cornerstone to apply to purchase a home and after running my credit they told me i did not qualify because my scores were in the low 500's. At that point they referred me over to ShowME Credit Solutions to get some help with repairing my credit. They gave me a business card to call them and when i called i ended up speaking with an agent there named Justin. He was very professional and went over everything with me and explained the process. I at that point decided to go ahead and sign up and boy i will tell you that it was the BEST decision i ever made. Not only was Justin a delight to work with but his team was also great. Anytime i ever need to make adjustments with my monthly payments i would call in and the collections manager Brittany was always very polite and willing to move my payment date around for me if i needed it done. Needless to say the results they got on repairing my credit were EVEN BETTER than their customer services skills. They were able in 3 months to raise my credit scores nearly 220 points. I have been banking at this branch for over 25 years. I have had several personal and business…read morechecking and savings accounts. As well as several car loans and commercial real estate loans. The people that I've worked with have known me by name when I walk in the door. However, since the merger has taken place, I haven't seen as much incompetency in a business anywhere else in my life. I tried to make a simple transaction of a loan payment after mistakingly paying a few bills after writing a check that I had forgotten about. My reserve line had covered this, and I merely went in to make the loan payment from my savings account. From that point, it took me almost a week to get this transaction resolved. I had gotten errors through the online app, so called the branch to have the payment made for me, and was met with so much confusion and incompetency for such a simple transaction.. by the end of the call, I was very frustrated, but assured that the loan payment was made and I would incur zero interest. However, upon checking a couple days later, I witnessed that the payment had not been made, and in fact a transfer had been put into my checking account. When I called back, I was again met with much confusion and the banker even attempted to try to close my overdraft protection account all together and leave me unprotected. Why on earth? Would anybody suggest this? I may need to take my banking somewhere else as I am now fearful for the safety of my accounts at this bank.

Routing numbers and account numbers provided two to one day before conversion, no checks for Community America for at least 2 weeks if not longer. Their poorly developed online bill payment system which has you guessing on where the payment is going! Inadequate online banking support and nothing but placating you and providing idiotic solutions! I have had my debit card information stolen like 8 times with this institution . I have had it…read morestolen after using it twice. I feel like it's something on the inside at this point. I had been using the lock on the card but It's always a problem with accessing it. The system is down way too much for my comfort recently. It's horrible not being able to access your money! If it isn't locked then my account is getting hacked but if it's locked there is no guarantee I can unlock it when I need it. So unreliable. They need to increase their security measures and improve their tech!

This location has the friendliest and most helpful staff. They are very informative, and quick at handling your financial needs. It's just nice to have a bank they can also be like your local bar, kind of like your local Cheers hey, because everybody knows your name. I've found that I prefer a credit union over any other regular bank and this one takes the cake. Also, on a side note this credit union creates ATM / debit cards for you on the spot and you can have them custom themed.... just something a little cool.
