Everyone is so kind, patient and makes sure I am not needing help with any other transactions before I leave. It typically takes them longer for my deposits because it's not my bank. They still are patient! They also do events and they are loads of fun. The last one I attended had bounce houses, face painting and a balloon artist! I have had my debit card information stolen like 8 times with this institution . I have had it…read morestolen after using it twice. I feel like it's something on the inside at this point. I had been using the lock on the card but It's always a problem with accessing it. The system is down way too much for my comfort recently. It's horrible not being able to access your money! If it isn't locked then my account is getting hacked but if it's locked there is no guarantee I can unlock it when I need it. So unreliable. They need to increase their security measures and improve their tech!

This location has the friendliest and most helpful staff. They are very informative, and quick at handling your financial needs.
