I was referred to go to that bank from them cause do lots business with them. I tried to cash the check they couldn't verify the check so they decided to try to keep the check and wouldn't give it back to me craziness who does that. I called the cash store to get them verify it they wouldn't ever pick up the phone for them, I got the branch manager on the phone and they disregard there phone calls. It was the most ridiculous unprofessional and terrible customer service that I've ever witnessed in my life. After about 45 minutes of waiting dealing rudeness and disrespect finally somebody okay the check and they cashed it. They tried to apologize to me about the situation it was nothing to say Obviously you had a different agenda or you thought a certain way about me I really think this was some racism played into it too. I said to unprofessional teller since you're apologizing to me do me a favor give me a money order they couldn't do that because I wasn't a customer there smh. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and I also will be filing a complaint with the corporate office and write as many reviews as I can on Google , Yahoo etc. A person shouldn't have to go through what I went through, made me feel really really bad and I was embarrassed. The workers that work there I'm not going to say their names once again but they should be ashamed of how they treated me and they should be reprimanded for there actions.

Daniel helped me right away and when I inquired about a wire versus a cashier's check, whichever was cheaper, he recommended the cashier's check given the wire cost. That worked just fine for me and within a minute I had everything I needed to go on about my day. The entire transaction was seamless and he even gave me an envelope to put the check in. I asked to set up the fast cash feature of the bank app (so I could deposit checks with my phone). I've used similar services at other banks, and I've never had issues. I was told it would take several business days to get it activated. Weeks later it was still not working, so I called again. This time I was told the feature world not be activated for a year. I protested as said that someone else had a agreed to activate it. They apparently dug up the phone call and listened to the conversation, and agreed to activate the feature, but said typically that they wouldn't do it for one year. Today I deposited a $250 check, and then tried to deposit a $1500 check. I was told I exceeded the limit for deposits. I would deposit the check in person, but only the drive through is open, and it's habitually under staffed, with a line of cars around the block waiting for service. ECU does not meet my expectations, I intend to find a new bank.
